I booked a room with additional charges for breakfast. But later came to know it was complimentary for all rooms cos they didn't ask for my room number at all. So I asked the concierge why not. Also, I was asked to make an advance payment as I was going to check in late, in order to confirm the booking or it would be cancelled. I have never faced this request on Booking.com before. Is this new?

People are super aware arrogant to ask for advance payment over multiple calls like Mafiya. Even full payment was forcefully asked before checkin, which is as per hotel policy - responded by Manager incharge. I also heard a BIG fight with a foreigner traveller, where Hotel team was shouting for NOT giving second access key of his dual occupancy booking done by him. such property should not be included in booking.com please be vigilant and selective to get good hotels , services with good human beings

Arriving in a nice, not too busy area. In a busy city like this, it's like an oasis. The room is nice, and clean, with air-co and a balcony. Great shower, fast internet, fast enough for streaming, so I did not check the tv in the room. Bed and sleeping pretty perfect!. Dinner lunch and breakfast is nice, I came back all 3 days that I was here. And very much affordable. Friendly employees, starting at the reception and the cleaning people in the room. Asked for a taxi and a very moderate was discussed. For sure you can book here, I will book again if I am around here.

Not really easy to access the lobby with your suitcase from outside, of course, they want to help you with these stairs.

The rooms were clean, and the room service was very good. The staffs were very courteous and helpful. I particularly liked the tea being served here. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and had a good location.

The prices were exorbitant due to the Auto Expo 2023. The quality of breakfast could be improved with healthier options. It took considerable time for the billing staff to generate the invoice with the correct GST details, and since the printer was broken, it took additional time to get a signed and scanned hard copy of the invoice. They need to understand that business travellers require tax invoices which are complete in all aspects.
