Super nice neighborhood. Francis and Jerry could not have been more accommodating hosts.
Lots to do in the area. Close to beaches and parks with walking trails. Lots of live music at local spots.

We really appreciated the warm welcome we received from the owners, who were very concerned about our well-being. We enjoyed this beautiful, superbly well-equipped house with all the comforts we needed and the charm of the very quiet neighbourhood. This beautiful house is very well located close to all amenities, Palm Harbor is an extraordinary city! We hope to come back one day. Thank you so much again!

Great place, well stocked. 14 yr old really enjoyed XBOX after day of sight seeing. I appreciated the variety of Keireg coffee for the morning. Older son caught some nice fish off the bridge. Great location.

Enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very gracious. House is nice and roomy. Fenced in backyard is a plus with us having 2 dogs. Very pet friendly. A place where you can relax. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for a few days while we explored Tampa. I have stayed many times with VRBO, Jerry and Frances were absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be staying again and recommending to anyone going to the Tampa area.

Frances and Jerry go out of their way to welcome guests to their Sunrise Retreat. The house was very clean, the neighborhood safe and the neighbors friendly. This property is good for families with children, as there was a plethora of games, DVDS, and an Xbox. We would return in a heartbeat. Don and Linda

The owners were very kind and friendly and made me and my dogs feel very welcome. The home is well-stocked so I didn't need to bring much with me except my own personal groceries.
WiFi was easily accessible and had a very strong connection. The fully fenced in backyard was spacious enough for my Basset Hounds to break full speed running from one end to the other (much needed for them after 12 hours in the car).
The master bed is a little creaky, lol, but very comfortable and the owners paid close attention to details.
My only recommendation, and this is very small, is that I do wish there were TV's in the bedrooms for those of us who have trouble sleeping in silence. There is one TV in the home in the living room which is more than sufficient for most people.
Location is very safe and in a lovely neighborhood. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay again.

The house was spacious and had everything we needed. It is close to many nice restaurants also close to Tarpon Springs.

Frances and Jerry were great. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Conveniently close to beautiful Honeymoon Island state park, Pinellas trail. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay-until the hurricane forced us out! Hope to come back soon.

Needed to escape our house for the weekend with our two golden retrievers. Lovely, well-equipped house had everything we needed, including a fenced back yard.

This home was perfect for our needs. We were visiting our son and grandchildren and it was fairly close to their home. It is also convenient to shopping and the beach. Quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and answered any questions we had.

I had a fun visit to Palm Harbor. Jerry, Frances and Nicole were great hosts. They have a nice home in a quiet neighborhood and provided all the necessities. Easy acess to restaurants and beaches. I hope to return.

Very comfortable!You will feel like you’re at home when you’re there especially when you talk to the host I would recommend this place to anybody that’s looking for a relaxing place

We were shocked because the bathrooms were not cleaned before our arrival. There was toothpaste in both bathroom sinks and the bathroom floors didn't look like anyone cleaned them as well. Lots of dirt behind and around the toilets. The kitchen trashcan had a trash bag but beneath the trash bag was trash left from previous renters, yuck! Patches of long grass in backyard and the back deck was full of mold. The pharaoh ants on kitchen counters were unbelievable. The house had plenty of room and was conveniently located. I suggest you hire a new cleaning company.

The house is so nice and the owner is the sweetest! But the house was very dirty. Floors not swept or mopped, especially in bathrooms. Sheets were not clean. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. The beds were so squeaky and mattresses old. The decor was quite interesting. We had to go buy coffee mugs since there are none. I’m sorry but the cleaning company missed this one.

The place was amazing. It was the perfect spot to shower and sleep. We didn't stay in the house much as we were busy vacationing. It has a nice home feel charmed. The owners are amazing and lovely couple. I would rent again.

My wife and I and our daughter/son in law needed a place to stay near our youngest daughter,/family. This was perfect for us, well equipped in a quite neighborhood and a only a few miles from everything.

This is our 2nd time staying here and plan on staying again. The owners are great to deal with. Our dogs enjoyed the back yard. Lots of room. We stayed for a month and even found the neighbors to be friendly. Thanks

This was our first time using a rental through VRBO so we were a bit nervous. However, we had nothing to worry about. The communication with the owners was amazing. They were so nice! Jerry even checked in us with the anticipation of Hurricane Ian. The house is spacious - perfect for a family with pets, small children or teenagers like us. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There was a small ant problem in the kitchen but as a resident of FLorida for 20 years, we know that is not unusual. We kept our food in the cupboards and had no problem with them. We hope to return to this property in the future. Thank you Jerry and Frances for everything!

Family vacation
The house is spacious and just right for our family of 6 and our dogs. The house was clean and the owners are so thoughtful and easy to work with. Our dogs loved the backyard. The house is very close to some amazing restaurants, beaches and the nicest causeways I’ve ever seen. It is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back!

Checked in early. Property managers Frances and Jerry called to check on us and make sure we got in and if we needed anything! Super great place and home very clean and will recommend to anyone with a small family. We will be back one day!
