Rooms and living spaces were spacious. Hosts went out of there way to make sure everything was ok. Thank you for everything.

It's the upper floor without the lift

The customer service, the hygiene, location, the sweet housekeeper, the facilities, space, kitchen. Our baby got really bad gastroenteritis from eating out. Latimad took care of u, offered and took us to the hospital herself. She waited patiently and picked us back up. She met all our other needs as well and was very friendly. I cannot thank her enough. I would definitely only stay here if I was in Ouarzazate again. The place was good for my baby to recover as it felt like home. The big supermarket is very close by which was convenient to cook for my baby.

The apartment was sparkling clean, the location was great, the staff friendly and efficient. The next time I am in Ouarzazate, I will be staying here.

Stairs, they need an elevator we stay at the top floor.

Big and nice living room, lot of space. Helpful and kind owner.

Shower was kinda dirty and smelly. Lot of things was not working. Apartment is not taken care of.
