Very good property for a family or group of friends, great entertainment areas and perfect location.

The house we great for our golf weekend, the location is good for eating out in the town it is fairly close to everything you need.

We had a lovely stay with extended family. The house had lots is space for all of us and and get sized kitchen to accommodate a few of us at once! Lovely, well kept home.

The house was well set up for family to settle in straight away. The theatre room area was a bonus for kids to chill or just relocate. Kids were able to walk to beach and park near by provided space for them to enjoy balls games etc. We had a fabulous holiday with all the comforts of home.

Property has obviously not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Blinds were so dusty they gave me an asthma attack just opening them. Same for the mold in the second bathroom on the wall and at the bottom of the shower curtain. Sticky side tables in main room and media room. The rubbish bin was broken and the overhead exhaust fan in the kitchen doesn't work. No wonder the house smelt of old meatballs. The only heating in the house was a single reverse cycle airconditioner in the main room. There was no heating at all in the rest of the house. It was freezing in the bedrooms and media room, particularly in the back bedrooms. Beds are old and uncomfortable, well past time they are replaced. The house is large and well set out with a lovely outside area that would be well used in summer. It just needs to be brought up to date with some maintenance, new beds and a good thorough clean.

what a great place to stay. The house had everything you want on a holiday away. Very clean, and overall was a great experience. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

The house was very comfortable for the numbers we had (7). It was also very well equiped with appliances and entertainment to pass the time. The only negative was that the tiles could have been a bit cleaner and some of the couches dusted - but overall great place and value. Thanks

This property had everything we needed for our holiday, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The area is quiet and shady, and since we had three cars between us it was a bonus to have ample parking at the side of the house.

We had a great time in a house that met all our needs...spacious inside and out. Comfortable beds. Thoroughly recommend. A suggestion for a hot day...maybe leave air con on for guests’ arrival.

Great home - lots of space and beds - home has theatre room which was a bonus for the kids and table tennis. Highly recommended (only small issue for me was no block out curtains - only venitians blinds - I like a dark room but I managed okay). Only a few minutes from Busselton - and a few minutes walk to the beach. Good location.

My family and i had an amazing stay at this property,It was very clean and spacious with amazing facilities. Location is superb and a great breakaway was had by all.

The house on pebble drive was a lovely family home which sleeps 10, It did need a bit of maintenance likes leaking taps but overall we had a lovely stay with the whole family, The theatre room was a real bonus and the free wifi was great.

Property looked o.k when we got here. When we arrived there was a really bad smell. We discovered that a bucket with dirty water was the cause. The bathroom near the laundry had leaking tap, blocked sink so we couldnt use the sink. In the same bathroom, the shower curtain rod collapsed as it was not fixed to the wall properly. The fridge definitely does not run efficiently and does not cater for 10 people. We were forced to chuck some meat out and we had to run our own fridges. The outdoor setting was covered in spider webs. Blinds in the most rooms did not close properly especially the main bedroom. Would not be staying or recommending this property to anyone.

Excellent. It gave us a good base for our entire family to stay over the weekend of our daughter's wedding. The house was well presented and our stay was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that Busselton, by the distances we are used to travelling, was only a very short drive away.

The house had everything we needed. Very comfortable, quiet and homely.

We had a 3 night stay with 8 (mainly young) adults. Three spacious rooms plus an extremely large master bedroom and ensuite. Great entertaining areas inside and out. Handy location for a quick ride to the local IGA or the marina. Close to the marina for launching the boat. Rear access was handy for parking the boat however it could be a little challenging backing in from the street. Theatre room works really well and great to have free WiFi. I'd recommend bringing an extra power board and a few small extension cords as the power points are a bit scarce (especially for charging phones and ipads etc.). Plenty of games to play and comfortable couches. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet street with plenty of car parking. Well suited to families with younger or older kids but good for any group up to 8 people.
