This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The check in clerk was extremely kind and helpful, but the place itself was dirty, had homeless people all around the entrance, had people living in the hotel, smoking by the doors and oogling women walking in. They thought something had happened to the overnight person at the desk because she was missing in the morning, so the lobby was full of police trying to find out what happened. No breakfast was out due to this. Fortunately, the person ended up being ok.

Bed and bedding was nice, comfortable and clean. And I guess I felt safe enough. Those the only reasons I stayed. The hotel is very run down and very dirty—hallways are stained and had food scattered throughout(cookies, limes, nuts, crumbs) that stayed in place for days. The surfaces in my room were not clean—hard, stuck on who knows what on the bathroom and living area counters. The TV remote didn’t work, the replacement remote they gave me didn’t work either. The staff on my check in was great—the following nights-they seem bothered to be pulled away from watching TV. Breakfast is better than nothing. Great orange juice. Snack shop is pretty good. Downtown Greeley is pretty dead so don’t plan on walking alone at night. Parking was plentiful and I left stuff safely in my car. I won’t stay again but I survived.

The beds & pillows were not comfy. No handicap accommodations. The bed was too high for my physically challenged mother. The view from our room was not appealing. The window faced a big dirt area. The continental breakfast was poor. Most hotels have a healthy choice like fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc. We had 2 options, cereal or waffles, nothing sugar free. We had to ask for silverware & cups. They were out of tooth brushes so we got toothpaste only. The only positive I have is, the front desk ladies were very pleasant!! We will not stay here again! I am so disappointed.

Very clean and staff courteous. The only complaint is that every day I had to take the key card to get activated and during check in I was assigned to a room that was in use. It was a bit scary opening a door of someone that was in there asleep not knowing their reaction.

When we arrived people were outside barbequing outside the hotel. The facility is not clean and is very old looking. They need to upgrade and take pride in the hotel. Our room didn't have a remote, so we had to get one. The phone didn't work in the room. Overall a bad experience unfortunately

Great prices for downtown area. Lots of restaurants. Good quality eating in walking distance. It's a older location but it is very clean. The staff is super friendly. If you're on a budget, it's a good place to stay. My Truck broke down and i've been here for 3 weeks. If I'm back in this area I'd stay here again. I give it 3 out of 4 🌟!

Had a room by the pool where water came in under the door. Got locked out because the pool side lock didn't work with our cards, only the one in the hall(which we locked going to the pool) Room smelt of mildew and piss. They didn't close the pool at 10 and screaming kids and people kept us up until 11-12 every night. Rude people above us running around until 2am every night. Didn't get much sleep. Bad location room. Asked for a top floor room and the didn't have king bed options above the 1st floor.
Methhead was roaming the halls one morning making guests uneasy. I sat and talked with her and gave her money to be on her way.

The people at the front desk were very nice. The room was fine. Outside the hotel was dirty. Trash was piled up and when we walked to the front to check in there was trash and dog poop and a needle outside.

The hotel room floor was filthy. Watched the housekeeping crew only use a dry duster, no mop. Must wear shoes at all times. Found an old shirt and debris behind the chair. Found hair in bathroom.

It was good for a one night stay, and met all my needs. I chose it because of the low price, and therefore did not expect a 5 star hotel. Good value for money.

We arrive late at night and were welcomed by a desk clerk who was indifferent and was talking to a friend on the phone while being checked in. She was not friendly, just robotic.
this was only the start of issues at the hotel. First the picture on hotels.com was not a picture of the hotel.
The room was small. There were few to no outlets. There was only one chair. The toilet was not oblonged and there was little to no hand support for the bathroom.
The breakfast was terrible. It was not even a continental breakfast. It consisted of a choice of cereal, waffles, yogurt and bread. We skipped breakfast on the second day. it was not worth it.
The pool was murky. One morning we found two employees yelling instructions to each other across the lobby.
This is obviously a management problem. The hotel is simply not maintained well. The customer is not the main focus.

The hall ways were dirty, once in the room, the floors were sticky, the walls needed patching, painting, etc. The bed sheets had some black stains on both the queen beds. The continental breakfast was no continental breakfast. Overall the facility was dirty.

It was in the process of being updated and it looked like a lot of the guests we saw lived there and some had pit bulls getting on the elevator. Our room was clean so it sufficed for just sleeping there overnight. The staff was friendly and helpful

This building was absolutely gross! The smell of stale cigarettes and the room outlets don’t work. The hallways look like they haven’t been vacuumed in a while. The women working were nice but this place for being downtown Greeley is not up to standards for a place to stay.

Active train tracks less than a block away, they sound their horn multiple times per night. Property is rundown and really needs a refresh. Missing outlet covers in the guest room were a large concern. Very limited lighting in the room especially the bathroom area.

This is the perfect walking location for downtown & the Greely Blues Jam, but don't forget the earplugs against the hourly train which lumbers noisily and blows its horn along the tracks directly adjacent to the hotel all night long.

Was in town for a family event. When I checked in the receptionist was fantastic and friendly. Got to my room and went to get my suit cases. Just to find out the only entrances for the hotel is the main one. Ok not a big deal. The room was decently clean but was had water stains all over the ceiling, the wall paper was cracked and falling down. The carpet in the hall ways was coming apart and hadn’t been cleaned, even vacuumed. Had to switch rooms 4 times just to get a room with hot water.

There was a homeless man sleeping in the pool area and one of my guys woke up covered in bed bug bites.

Mold around the bathtub, out of breakfast, dogs allowed in the hotel room barking in the morning and at night, homeless people asking for money, 1/3 of the gym equipment broken, and excrement left in the lobby toilet for two days along with water on the floor. Rooms were okay.

Property seemed to be in good shape. It was clear some remodeling had been done. They had two entrances, one on each side of the building. Several exits, all of which would lock behind you. My key card quite working and had to be reprogram. This was the only problem I had.

Any cheap motel with a pool is a but there were doors opening all hrs of the night until 330am. And i was very disapointed that there was no breakfast nor a late check out and there is only few entrances have to walk far to get to room

The inside the building the walls were very dated, cracked and badly needed painted. The room floors were very sticky. The shower floors were dirty and there was hair in the tub, which we didn't use.

Sheets covered in hair and make-up, every corner of the unit was dirty, poor upkeep of the unit and whole property, tub paint/enamel was worn to the metal, walls filthy, stains all over furniture, blower dyer nasty, the rules for the breakfast are a joke. Front desk service was on point- she gets 5 stars. The hotel itself gets negative stars, comparable to the druggie hotels on east Colfax in Aurora/Denver
