Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable although my bed had three small pillows rather than two standard ones which was odd. Reasonably quiet even though hotel was full. Slept well. I cannot comment on breakfast as we didn’t partake.

Nice place to stay. Bed was really comfortable. Our only issue is with the pillows - small in size.

Overall clean but there were a lot of ghetto people in the hotel. These people made a lot of noises in the hallway and everyone can hear them. Poor sound proof key but otherwise alright.

This is a nice hotel, very clean, nicely maintained, good workout room and very pleasant eating area for breakfast- airy breakfast room with large windows, a lot of natural light and plenty of tables.

Carpets were filthy, bathroom floor not too great either, bed was uncomfortable, pillows were good lol

Below average stay. Building was dated and not well kept. Room had obvious dent in wall that was not repaired. Ended up checking out a day early.

It was easy to find and this hotel is in a good location

The pool is only open from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The lifeguard was watching his iPhone, littering wrappers on the pool deck, and eating junk food. The water temperature was close to 90 degrees. The second floor reeked of the smell of marijuana. The fitness room is well-equipped . The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes eggs, bacon, and sausage. The bed was firm. Rooms are clean and updated.

Good hotel for price. A bit noisy with the in-room A/C. A bit dated.

Room was filthy and reeked of Marijuana; floor was disgusting and sticky, limited housekeeping, only offer was to downgrade room, no one ever came to clean or fix

Property was clean and the room smelled amazing. Breakfast was ok less than standard options.

The pool was not available before 2pm so could not do a morning swim like all other hotels ive ever stayed at with an indoor pool. Outdoor pools too usually offer an early opening in the am not pm hours. Life guard should not have to be around and even so not until 2. Then their break is from 4:15 until 5:30 absolutely ridiculous. The pool needed to be cleaned too. Appeared as if no one pool vacuumed the inside walls and floors. As well as the tables around the pool. The elevator at this hotel to and from lobby was an inconvenience set up. Had to go from the ground floor up to the fitst then take anothef elevator from the first to another first??? We were on the second. Only one available luggage cart on site that had to be scavanged then held up for. With the number of guests whom were at this place while we were there at breakfast alone witnessed 15 guests eating around 7:30 am then an hour later when my son and I went to have ours more than 20. Also during breakfast greatly dissappointed no butter available, how are you going to offer waffles with no butter. As well as bagels no way to butter, plus no other bread choices...any other place makes available wheat, white, rye, english muffins. Bagels are too heavy for guests like myself whom eat lighter options. Their fruit was under welming. Bruised small apples and not fresh looking oranges. No bananas, no milk for cereal. For the price this place felt cheap. Our room air conditioner constantly turned off and turned hot

Shower leaked and broken. In addition to have the shower on your head when standing up, you could only be about 4 feet tall

Convenient and clean

The property was in a good location, but the morning staff was loud/rude/obnoxious - appeared combative and not accommodating. There were unnecessary attitudes and folx were not helpful. Refilling the breakfast wasn't done in a timely fashion. Breakfast was closed early when an elderly person who had been there was still in the middle of getting food for herself and her husband who was disabled. The hours were not communicated upon check-in. There are longer hours on the weekend, but noone was aware of the different hours. The pool lifeguard was sleeping while on duty and when children were in the pool. When we got to our vehicle after parking it overnight, there was a substance covering the rear of the vehicle and back window. Market Store prices were high. Otherwise, the room was suitable, clean, and comfortable.

This place is tired, the area that it's in a sketchy, you have to drive around back to access the rooms, the people above me or stomping around until 2:00 in the morning, the shower pressure was horrible, the hallways smell like marijuana, those strange bugs on the outside of the building, they're way better options than this place spend the extra money and get a decent hotel

Very nice hotel seemed new, no towels in room when we arrived. Breakfast was decent I would stay again !

When we first got there it took awhile to check in. There was loud music coming from a hotel room upstairs. It sounded like a full party going on and this was at 11:30-12 at night. We were nervous that we were going to get put in a room next to them, and thankfully we were far away. When we got to our room, the overall cleanliness of the room was great, however there was a foul smoke smell that stunk up the room. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was mediocre.

Great value. The breakfast was adequate. The room was spacious and clean. Surrounding area is industrial/commercial with decent access to highways. Will definitely stay again.

We needed a place to sleep for the night after exploring Sleepy Hollow. Was expecting more for the cost.

Only issue I had was the housekeeping waking us up at 9 am when check out isn’t until 12 noon

The breakfasts were quite good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The television worked nicely. My only complaint was the bathtub. It would be helpful to have some sort of non-slip bits in the bottom of the tub. I found it very slippery. I was there for four days as my brother is in the hospital.
