It was a very, very bad location in bed in the hotel

Clean cozy room

The staff is friendly and helpful and responded to a request for a blow dryer quickly (the one in the room was broken). The area is not that great. The furniture in the room had stains and so did one of the sheets. There were no trashbags in the trash cans. The people in the room 2 doors down were noisy and talking about drinking in the hallway until after midnight - it appears they live at the hotel from my overhearing of their conversation (and later confirmed during the conversation with the staff and PD). My wallet was stolen out of my room. The door does not pull shut properly. The staff was very helpful with the police and had video footage of her accessing the room while I was walking to the office for breakfast. Super odd that she pulled in when I left my room, went and parked next to my car, went directly to my room and then left after taking my wallet. I was out of the room for 10 minutes. I would say if you stay here stay in a room that is ON Camera and closer to the office or on the 2nd floor in the middle.

Went to see my aunt on hospice. Nursing home is down the street. Conveniently located. All staff was nice and helpful

Too many cats and kittens around parking lot and walkway areas. Broken sink plug thing. Did not have assistive listening devices upon arrival and never followed through to provide any since upon request.

Floors were dirty walking on floor after shower caused mud prints from feet in white sheet-though flooring updated to vinyl planking and new bathroom fixtures were welcoming Loveseat dead and sunken even though a pull out bed in it.. Smoke odorous lingered in mattress and air, even though desk attendant sprayed for me to try to calm odor Desk attendant very accommodating Breakfast very limited Pool clean Noise at 4:30 AM-5:30 from commercial lot next door movement of empty containers was a challenge to rest after 4:45 AM NOT CONTROLABLE BY PROPERTY or admitted by mgmt but letting you know— it’s a container storage rental lot— Overall the mattress and linens were very clean and good Thank you for a polite desk clerk

The beds were very uncomfortable, ,walls were dirty and there was mold in the restroom. Breakfast consists of boiled eggs and waffles.

I usually enjoy staying at the quality inn but this time checking in was difficult. I truly had to humble myself & remember that not everyone in customer service belongs in customer service.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The location worked out perfectly for the family.

Weather your visiting or living in Hemet, you'll quickly recognize that Quality Inn is 1 out of the 3 hotels worth staying/ paying for ! Clean, quite & rather reasonably priced. For me, Quality Inn is the only hotel I'm willing to pay for in Hemet.

This is where I come to get away for now.

The front desk person was nice & worked very fast. The room itself could use a deeper cleaning, there were splatters on the walls, the restroom smelled musty, the cupboards had a layer of dust inside & we found 2 dead flies under the pillows on one bed. We got a first floor room & the person upstairs apparently didn’t need to sleep, you could hear every single step that was made which made for a rough night.

This is a pet friendly place, however they do not have any spot for our pets to do their business, the only place is a vacant lot next to the liquor store (not safe at night). Also the non smoking room was NOT a non smoking room we had a headache the entire stay. But we didn't have any rodents because of ALL the resident cats everywhere. Its the best place in town so my suggestion is to stay outside of town in a cleaner area. The manager tried to justify my review by telling me that he gave me the last room on the bottom floor because i needed a bottom floor and said it was non smoking room BS. Just be honest with people and take responsibility for your actions and stop making excuses.

It was OK

The staff was friendly and helpful but there were a lot of guests smoking outside their rooms. Some were smoking weed and it managed to enter our room via the air conditioning unit.

The staff was very friendly & courteous. The room was clean and very pleasant. Definitely, the place to stay when I'm back in the area.

The room service is amazing. Very good service. However, the lady in the front desk was horrible. She refused to check me in or do anything without complaining about it the whole time. “Are you making me work again ?! I told you I didn’t wanna work !!” Very bad attitude and very bad service from the front desk lady. Will never stay here again.

Every time i come to hemet i stay here. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. You might see a few local cats in the parking lot from time to time, but they are so sweet and super friendly.

The road sign advertised an inclusive hot breakfast with eggs etc. The only available items for breakfast were actually toast, waffles, cereal or yogurt.

Rude front desk clerk. They still havent return my deposit. They were suppose to only hold $50.. They actually are holding $165. I tried to get explanation. Front desk said it was Authorization for the room. And he was rude. Exact words were.. " do you think the room is free ?!" Terrible.
