Coffee maker was half full of water and sitting in a tray full of water with the cups which were all wet. Desk said they would come and change them but never did !!

stay was ok, quite room, bed was ok after an 15hr drive. Breakfast was ok, could of had better options. Walmart near bye

The room was OK. The furniture badly needs updating with veneer missing from the tv cabinet and the barrel chair had multiple wear spots on the arms and back. The sink wasn't in the bathroom and the tob was dingy.

Very nice hotel and really clean. The room was very nice and clean and spacious. Love the hot tub in room but can use handles to get in and out with.

The heating and cooling works great because it was not kicking on and off all the time. It run at the same rate all the time never waking you up. Probably one of the beat places I have stayed in.

Motel is a busy developed area that has a Walmart and several other businesses and eating opportunities such as Jimmy John's. Main floor hotel rooms each have a door that opens to parking outside, so that is a convenience.
Motel was okay, breakfast that that great but not bad.

The property management needs a major make over first tells me cant have my service dogs then they tell me that they don't have my downstairs room . Tells me to connect with expida for my issue mind you i have already payed for the room . In the end expida had to call the hotel so i could check in .bad business management experience

The faculty was very friendly. Very clean exterior. But,the bathroom had mold that was painted over and could be seen through the paint. I also paid for queen beds and the beds in the room were not queen. They were twin at best. For the price of a 2 nights stay, i would expect at least no mold in the bathroom and queen beds.

Never did figure out how to stop the vanity light( very bright- which was good and bad) from coming on at night. Staff was great!

They need to get the chemicals right on the hot tub. It completely bleached my $50 shorts. A hot tub shouldn't do that.

The young man that checked me in was very kind. He had no problem switching rooms from 2nd to 1st since could not carry my bags upstairs due to a bad shoulder. The young man at check out was very friendly and the housekeeper very kind. If you want to stay in business this is the type of staff you need!! Way to Go!!

Overall very nice. I only have one negative comment. It seems there has been a move toward combining the light and fan in the bathroom onto one switch. I understand the logic to this to void moisture, odors, etc. However if you’re going to force use of the fan, you must install a quiet one. In room 124 the fan is so loud and just above your head as you sit on the toilet that I had to wear earplugs.
