It is convenient for what I need

Hotel appears to be older but it was clean. What we didn’t care for was the continental breakfast. Hardly any selection. Some yogurts, apples, a few cereals and a waffle maker. Coffee and orange juice was like water. Definitely needs an upgrade and include a toaster, muffins, bagels. Should switch the coffee brand also. We would stay there again but will dine out for breakfast.

Visiting my father who lives around the corner and wanted a homebase I could call my own. The room was perfect for my stay, the pool was refreshing, and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. I will certainly book with this location again.

It’s a very decent hotel for the price. The breakfast is continental without protein

In town for a golf outing. One night stay. Room was clean. Noise was an issue. People with small children were running in the hallway at midnight and very noisy. Room had a refrigerator and TV. Pillows (4) were way too small. We had a king bed that was reasonably comfortable. The Continental breakfast was weak. Waffles or cereal. They had jelly and peanut butter out on the counter but no toast. The orange juice was watery and had a terrible taste. There is an IHOP down the street that we wished we would have gone to. The staff were polite and courteous. The stay was fair.

This was our second stay at this property. The woman that checked us in was efficient, but not friendly. I did have an encounter with who I believe was the manager and she was extremely friendly, which was very nice. The property is in decent condition and well manicured. The downside to our stay was a less than hot shower. The water never got above tepid. The pool water was warmer than the shower. All in all, it was an average stay, but considering the cooler than desired shower temperature, we will probably stay somewhere else next time.

I stayed at quality inn. For 3 nights in a suite and 2 nights in a regular 2 full size beds NOT QUEEN. after checking out of the suite i was in for 3 days the "housekeeping manager" told different names, came to my new room accused me of smoking weed in the room which i DID NOT. continued to fight with me tried to pry into my room with me standing in the door way. Definitely not an asset to your industry. For sure has NO customer service. So after being accused and threatened by housekeeping i took pictures of cockroaches in the fridge, ants in my daughters pizza box which was for her dinner. Big pile of water coming up the stairs i almost fell and bigtime safety hazard with NO WET FLOOR SIGN. Lastnight letting my 9yr old into the room i took the stairs and fell because someone left a push cart by the exit of the stairs. All should be on camera. I also have pictures ill upload. I will NEVER be back and i WILL make sure i tell everyone to NOT come to this hotel. Bugs, ants, and roaches EVERYWHERE. I asked for the GM's name and number they would not give it to me. I will go to the Better business bureau. People like her is what makes peoples business go down hill.

This property is very dated. The complementary breakfast was limited to waffles ,yoghurt & apples. The pool area was nice!

Room was very large and clean!

Staff was rude and unfriendly. Supposedly offered a free continental breakfast however, this was very underwhelming and not at all what you would expext. No bread or toast or bagels, you had a choice between watery waffle batter, an apple and sunny d to drink because you couldn't get fresh juice and sugary yogurt in 1 flavor. Pool was dirty and deck was broken and cracked. Carpet was dirty and over all it was horrible and a waste of money

We enjoyed our stay here & are planning our next one.

Excellent suite reasonable nice pool

Very beautiful rooms, staff is nice and very helpful and the breakfast is standard but definitely nice and the rooms are decently priced for what they are definitely one of my favorite places to stay.

The rooms themselves are clean. However, the hallways seem to have water damage and musty smell, and are in desperate need of a coat of paint. The part that is the worst though, is the internet. For the first day, I don’t have any internet access (WiFi signal was strong, but no internet). Turns out, the internet was out over the entire back half of building. They moved me to a new room, which had internet. But even then, it seemed to drop ever my 5-10 minutes….. I’ve requested help/fix for it 5 times in two days. Internet access is so critical these days (it how I work), that not having internet is on par with not having hot water in the room. But, doesn’t really seem to be a concern to the hotel. Staff was great. But would absolutely recommend NOT staying here.

We were very unhappy with our stay since our shower didn’t work and we were on a time schedule so we didn't have time to wait for maintenance to fix and the front desk was unable to offer us a discount for our inconvenience.

Comfortable beds, close to many things… breakfast was not good but it’s the basics you will get anywhere with free breakfast. The room was clean, the pool was nice (very warm but expected with this heat!) Would have been better without the man smoking next to the pool (yes, there are no smoking signs) but I guess that’s minor? Easy parking, front desk staff were friendly.

There's no protein at breakfast. I hope you don't plan to stay here because of the breakfast, but other than that the total all experience is about three and a half Stars

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the the Inn, and enjoyed our easy access to the saltwater pool. Improvements could be made to the extremely noisy in-room HVAC, re-stocking pool towels poolside and the recent corporate change to eliminate bagels/etc from the already limited "free" continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

I was really happy with the room and the overall interior of the hotel. The Staff was very nice and friendly However when we alerted the front desk that there was feces in the pool Friday evening it was still there Saturday. The gentleman at the front desk that we told said he was going to close the pool but in fact he just went back over to the bar where he was to finish eating. It's really disgusting that this health hazard was allowed to remain in the pool and the other guests were not notified. We were not able to use the pool the rest of the time that we were there because of the lack of cleanliness and urgency. Sunday morning we noticed that it looked like the pool had been filtered because the leaves in the pool and the feces was not there anymore. Still was not comfortable using the pool due to not knowing if it was actually treated. Cools generally are closed when being treated and this wine was not ever closed. Very disgusting very upsetting very disappointing. Most people want to be able to have use of a pool at their hotel, especially in Florida.And we did not get to utilize this feature during remainder of our stay.

Did not like that when I was checking in, the clerk was more interested in what was on her cell phone than conversing and informing me of the amenities offered or welcoming to hotel.

Room clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Balcony over looking Nice swimming area. Close enough to the beaches. Highly recommend.

We only stayed for one night. We were upgraded to a suite. Very spacious and clean. Would stay there again.

The property was well kept and had a home feeling... the location also was very quiet and the parking was convenient.

It’s an excellent location it only takes 10 min I went whit my jet ski and they let me flush when I got don using it. It’s great that’s why I’m coming back whit my jet ski and my family i recommend going.
