The shower had mildew around the bottom where the caulking was; poor water pressure for both shower and toilet; the bed was lumpy and not supportive.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Cleanest Holiday Inn we've probably ever stayed at. The only issue was at check in and it was no fault of the hotel and they worked to correct it as quickly as possible.

The exterior of the hotel was amazing and beautiful, as well as the interior. It includes a restaurant and a bar.

Room was very clean. I liked that our garbage was emptied daily and new towels were given. The restaurant was very good and the staff was friendly. We had a leak in the bathroom and maintenance responded quickly. Will return.

The trash cans still had trash from previous user. There was water all over the bathroom floor. The pull out couch was filthy.

The ac did not work all the time, it kept cutting off. We cancelled our second night there. People and food were good.

My room smelled like smoke, right next to the washer/dryer/ice machine(which was out of order), water damage in the ceiling stains on the wall, stains on the couch, pool and hot tub out of order for the whole stay.
Staff upon arrival was not check in receptionist, but neither acknowledge that i was there or said someone would be with me and had an odd personal conversation in front of me. Waited several more minutes before receptionist came out. The best part was checking out of that place. They were great about that and very helpful. Thank goodness.

My stay was great. Hotel is in the middle of many dining options and shopping. The restaurant and bar in the hotel was very convenient. Bar tender Kathy was awesome ! Coffee station in the morning by the elevators was perfect !!! Overall a great stay!

Rooms were dusty & dirty. Mold in my shower. Mgmt cannot care about this facility it was disgusting

Our King Queen $200/50 room had a filthy sofa, broken sink faucet, dove liquid soaps that were not refilled or working, cobwebs in the corners and broken pieces of drywall on the floor, the ice machine on our floor (5) was out of order/service. The room was overpriced and disappointing, the mini fridge was dirty inside. The elevator was quite institutional like an old hospital feel -- TJ's was accomodating, but really we should be refunded or given some free room/stay credit vouchers...the property is not well kept a two-star rating is generou for what should have been a solid three.**

Convenient location. A better hotel for the price than many along the highway. The surrounding area has many fast food restaurants, but nothing better than that--except for the restaurant in the hotel. The downside is the restaurant. I don't think it's managed by the hotel, but the food was not very good and quite expensive for what they served.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, with daily housekeeping, and quiet. The hotel supplies large pump bottles of Dove products: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, and bottles of Dove hand wash and body lotion by the sink. A small bar of Dove soap is also supplied.

Nice/fancy hotel. Usually pretty busy/packed. There's a nice little restaurant and lounge, TJ's, on the first floor that I've eaten at numerous times, even when I wasn't staying there.
Complaints: parking can be a bit of a pain, but there's certainly plenty of it. Handicapped-accessible rooms are usually WAAAYYYYY at the end of the hall, which seems kind of strange. Overall a good experience, however.

The bathroom was unclean. No bathroom cup, only one hand towel for two people for two days. No laundry bag. Out of coffee at 8 a.m. in the morning and restaurant closed so no breakfast and we were charged 48.00 for two mornings. A little disheartening
