Room was nice and clean. The hall didn't look good but the room was great the guy at rhe desk was good only stayed one night

Older hotel with a musty smell and a bad mattress.

The only problem incurred was the system being down when checking in. Check in took way longer than usual, but at least we didn't get charged twice like the woman in front of us did.
However, staff was friendly, room was clean, pillows could have been better and more plentiful. But all in all, a great stay for the price charged in that area.

I requested an accessible room which was beautiful and updated. The walk in shower was perfect and the bed was so comfortable. Had a good breakfast the next morning with good choices. Would definitely stay here again if travels take me that way.

Lots of avaliable rooms yet the clerk put kids next to me. Thry stayed up late, yacking loudly. The room has a ahared lockable door. Someone tried to open it, even after I said to stop. Also, the TV reception was terrible. Freezes, slips, and blocky images.

I have stayed here a few times and it has been a pretty good experience. Nice restaurants nearby, gas stations, etc. Also, Front Royal is very close by.

My husband has a serious accident and was in the ICU just a week before our date for staying at the quality inn. I called to cancel, they refused to refund the order.

We had a very pleasant experience at this motel last year so we made a reservation to stay there again during the Memorial Day weekend. It was terrible. Our room smelled like a dog kennel and was not clean and refreshed. When we arrived the A/C was blasting cold air to mask the smell. They have cut so many corner to save money that we will not be back.

The staff offered limited conversation, not as much as "thank you" or "have a nice day".
The choice of window decor left us wanting for more coverage to block unwanted light; especially early morning as well as privacy in the evening.

The location of this hotel was perfect as it was just off the highway. The staff were curtious and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Check in was easy and quick. I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to return to the front desk so I could check out. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was huge and I loved the tile. I wish there were a nightstand, lamp and outlet on the left side of the bed. This was inconvenient.

Weather turned cold and I turned the heater on. It made so much noise I just turned it off and put extra clothing on while in the room or sleeping. Overall the bed was comfortable, rooms were clean, and quiet area.

Spacious room. Quiet, which was needed after a long day on the road. They have a laundry room which came in handy as we've been on the road a while. A major reason to stop. The breakfast was good, also. Highly recommend.

I was getting some work done at my home and needed a place to spend the night. This place is a simple great for one nighters. Need some updating and the breakfast was ok. But overall not bad for price.

The Quality Inn had no record of our reservation either in my name or confirmation number. Since I had my print out of the reservation and 3 calls to management they gave us a room and would deal with y
EXPEDIA the next day. Tonight Quality Inn in Walterboro N C did have a reservation for us but not for a pet and was handicap which wasn't requested they change the room with an extra charge. You have not done very well with us this trip.
