it was horrible, the room smelled awful and the wifi sucks. The continental breakfast was lacking breakfast.
My recommendation is to charge a little more and provide quality service.

I am extremely disappointed the first room the bathtub was filthy and had hair in it and ac didn't work, the moved us to another room and it smelled like cat pee it was awful, they moved us yet again and the room was still terrible but we just took it, the smoke alarm was not even there and room was dirty and smelled old. Not happy at all with the hotel. Also the elevator was not up to code and should be reported

Our room was clean and acceptable but my daughters had to change their room twice due to cleanliness and smell. Hotel needs a refresh. Elevator is totally not legal. No inspection update in elevator. Door not wanting to open. Doesnt have lights showing what floor you are on. We always stay in LaQuintas over the state and have never been disappointed.

It’s unclean. The carpet was filthy and coming up from the ground around the edges. There was an obvious hole between the air conditioner, carpet, and wall. The shower faucet was halfway off. And I had to kill a cockroach that was crawling on the bed. After check-in, the housekeeper attempted to enter the room to put back the trash can. However, when I met her at the door she was coughing and sneezing —clearly sick—while handing it to me. The common areas appear fairly clean. And the staff was friendly. I was concerned about the locking mechanism and ended up putting a chair under the door for added security. Not that it matters, but clearly they tried to do some shoddy upgrades such as paint, but failed to use covers so paint splatter was on the lamp and nightstand; just more cause for the state of the hotel.

The carpets were extremely dirty and with bad smell. The bathroom needs renovation. The worst was that around 4 am you could hear the next-door couple having sex. I had 2 teenage girls in my room. I would never stay in this hotel ever again. I felt like I was in a cheap motel! For the price of $364 for 1 night...

The surroundings were nice, easy to get to and very close to a mall which is convenient. The grounds around the hotel were well kept. I liked the pool area and the pool seemed well kept.
But the b-fast was bad there were not even bananas, the rugs throughout the building were dirty. The place is in bad physical condition i.e. doors that do not work, the elevator looks unsafe, the air conditioning in my room was leaking and carpet was damp all around it, with mold smell. It does not give good vibes.
I would not recommend this place.

From the entrance of the hotel up to the room is smelled really bad - old and dirty. The bathroom had what it look like feces on the wall behind the toilet. The tub was dirty as well as the rug in the room. The outlets on the lamp did not work as well as the plug to charge the phone. I will not stay there nor recommend.

The building is a little bit old, not very clean and the breakfast is has VERY limited options. No bacon, no sausage, no scrambled eggs - only bread, bagel, apple, waffles, cereal, coffee, boiled eggs and yogurt. That’s it.

As soon as we arrived there was a group of men drinking alcohol and listening to music. We checked in pretty fast and went to our room. The hallway was very noisy and most of the room doors were open and people were drunk in the hallway. The person staying next to me told us they were checking out because kf the same reason. We couldnt even sleep well and when I called the receptionist noone answered We had no choice but to stay since all the other hotels nearby were sold out. Miami lakes is such a nice area but this hotel stood out for the wrong reasons. I travel frequently but will never stay in this hotel again.

I checked out 1 day earlier and was told that I would be credited to my card for the day I didn't stay. I have not received my credit yet.
The 1st room has issues with the TV so I was moved to a different one.
The 2nd room had only barely tepid water in the shower. I told the front desk about this 2x's but the issue was not resolved before I checked out.

I would not waste my time renting in this hotel. The room we were given had a big patched up hole by the window. The carpet in the corner by the ac was wet and all torn up. The hallways of the third floor always smelled of Marijuana. One of the days the elevator was broken and it was always dirty. Breakfast was the same everyday for the whole week. The gym was also not in service.

The room need a lot of maintenance and carpet and floor are really dirty, is on a great place because next to it is a cosmetic surgery clinic that they do have a lot of business and most patients stay there for them to have the property and such bad conditions

Hotel was welcoming & clean . Our room was nice and neat tho the bathroom had some not so clean areas and outlet by the beds in middle did not work in our room but everything else was very nice .My family enjoyed breakfast ,Door exiting to pool needs to be more secure did not close all the way and anyone could just walk right up to the rooms without the key to open the door , but I loved my stay . Thank you

This hotel should not carry the name By Wyndham! It’s old it needs renovation. From beds carpet nasty, should be laminated floors for cleaned, A/C is old and not cooling properly. I only booked this cause I had to attend a wedding and it was 2 miles from the wedding place I would not come back or recommend this hotel until it’s updated! 120.00 a night for a motel room. I usually don’t comment but had to let them know. Amazing from the out side horrible in the inside.

Staff did a great job accommodating us. First room was very little. We felt crammed in a room, the next room had problems with the ac. Finally the last room was great. The front door has issues, it is very heavy to open especially when bringing in luggage. Pool area tends to be filled with people not staying at the hotel, that should be taken care of. Other than that, staff was attentive and helpful

It was quite rundown but the staff was accommodating. They need updates badly and clean the rooms it had a smell that i didnt like throughout the hotel. I couldnt stay my other days aince my children weren't comfortable due to it being dirty in the rooms and the water was luke warm, it never got hot.
