Grubby overpriced tourist hotel. Desperately in need of a good clean and general refurbishment. Stayed here many times over the years. Staff are apathetic, one server for 15 tables for lunch, waited over half an hour for a menu so gave up. Not overly busy, just woefully mismanaged. Good beach access but if you want a sun bed be prepared for a many Euro fleecing. Can and should do a whole lot better.

Beautiful hotel, ideal location, weather fantastic, food very good and staff extremely helpful and courteous.

I paid $1000.00 to upgrade my room and everything in the room was broken. Door broke, balcony door broke, TV broken, telephone old and broken . Staff rude. Room service slow to non existent, staff is not trained. The WORSE hotel experience. Ever. I want a refund

Old and dirty, need renovation (or tear down) badly. Food was good, but that's it.

We had a fantastic vacation here; the staff are excellent. Very attentive, very classy and from the moment you arrive you know that these guys run a tight ship. Very reasonable price for valet parking too (15 Euro)... The massage at the spa was one of the best I've ever had. Can't say enough good things about the spa staff. Minor disappointments; the "fitness room" is essentially a bug empty room with a couple of home gym cardio machines, some mats and a very haphazard Dumbbell rack. I wish they had better gym equipment. Finally, the food at the restaurant is ok, but could be better. We ended up only eating at the hotel restaurant twice during our stay because it was unremarkable but convenient. However there are several great restaurants within walking distance which is one of the reasons we chose here anyway. Overall would definitely come back.

This facility has a mold problem. The shower water spills copiously on the adjacent bathroom carpet, in both rooms we were in. The mold smell in these rooms was unbelievable. Had to sleep with the balcony door wide open to minimize the smell. The management seems oblivious to this very obvious problem. My advice is to stay away. By the way, the everything looks dirty in this hotel, except for the lobby.

The hotel was old and run down. Guy at restaurant was about as rude as one could be. And what they don’t tell you is they charge you for lounge chairs at the pool becuase they open access to the public.

I really love the place. The breakfast buffet is generous and really great. The view magnificent. All in all I am really pleased.

The view is very nice! The hotel overcharged me 3X, No one knew how to call a taxi. The room is nice but very basic! not even close to worth the price

Pleasant stay

The beach is amazing, its like an aquarium. Beach staff are very good people however they are over loaded some times we had to order the same thing 2 times. But over all good very people . Have descent breakfast and friendly good people working there as well. Casino is very convenient situated in the heart of the hotel.

It's 10 minutes from Cannes center, and much more convenient and cheaper than staying in Cannes

Staff was outstanding from the gentlemen meeting you at the door, the ladies were super helpful at the front desk and went above and beyond to help me with car rental delivery, directions, calls, etc. The staff at the restaurant and room service was great, housekeepers were so friendly and great. I booked a sea view which was perfect and took daily walks along the water. Will be back there in one week! Great and thank you to all

Had a fab holiday our stay was lovely we have no complaints

I paid almost 700€ for one night. When I arrived they told me they have no rooms. After some discussions they find a room for me. They said that it's deluxe room which I paid for. But wasn't. I was sleeping on the couch! The price for breakfast was 100€ wich was definitely not worth it. It was average breakfast from 3* hotel with no fresh vegetable, no special food.

Beautiful location, really nice room and very helpful staff. The hotel needs reburbishment soon, but everything worked and we will definetely come back soon again.

GREAT VIEWS OF THE SEA, FRIENDLY STAFF

The hotel is in a wonderful location. We had a Deluxe room with a fantastic view. However, the room not in excellent shape, needs to be refurbished. Also, we could hear the elevator constantly during the day and late into the night. The bed was fantastic and the breakfast very good.

Nice location right on the beach. Casino, restaurant and bar onsite.

I liked the pool area. The building itself is an eye sore.

Hotel is ok , I understand is canes but you can get better things for these kind of money

Lovely hotel, perfect location for a week relaxing in the sun. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the local train station so you can travel to Cannes/ Nice ect easily. Lovely big room, very comfortable and with everything you need. Only downfall is that you need to pay for sun loungers - expect to pay about €50 a day. The sun loungers are also available for people not staying in the hotel to reserve meaning that hotel guests can be left without - to avoid this make sure you reserve in advance. Despite this, a great hotel with very attentive staff - will be returning.

All in all it's a nice hotel. The rooms are good and the outside is a nice looking place. Unfortunately their service leaves a lot to be desired. I've never been in a hotel where they charge for a bed by the pool. Not a fancy bed or something just a bed by the pool. Food services also leaves a lot to be desired. All meals were expensive and service was painfully slow. My wife and I both had steak and only one got a side salad. No idea why and not explanation. If you need this location use it. Otherwise I'd suggest finding another hotel who looks after their customers more and isn't charging for anything they can !

Terrible stay. Untrained and rude staff and horrible service. From the front desk personnel to the concierge and valet parking, a disappointing and regrettable experience. One of the worst places we have booked.

Pros:Great rooms and accommodations Staff is attentive Location is fair - not walking distance to major actionCons: If staying for a week (like I did) breakfast is the same everyday. I would recommend variety, particularly for those staying over an extended amount of time.As a family, the pool and access to the beach are the primary attractions of the hotel. (lounge chairs 15 euros per person/per day) x 7 days x 2 people ... will not motivate you to go to the beach.
