I stay at the hotel for one night, it was a business trip. Hotel rooms a bit outdated. But the scenery around the hotel is awesome.

We loved our stay in Girdwood. We made it for the last tram day of the season. Loved the view and fall weather. My favorite thing was the sauna. I took a long walk in the morning around the resort and enjoyed the lovely soaking tub. Loved our luxury stay here!

Was surprised that some of the room details were lacking.. no wash rags for a shower, tub was plugged up and light in bathroom was burned out

Almost everything was great, really nice hotel in a great location. Great staff. The only issues 1. Some of the electrical outlets in the room didn’t work and we had to find places to charge things. 2. We made a reservation for the Seven Glaciers restaurant on top of mount Aleyska but the reservation wasn’t taken correctly and when we got to the tram, they had no record. The people were really nice and let us travel up anyways and the restaurant moved things around to accommodate us so in the end, all was well and the food and view were amazing. Would definitely go back.

Room service was fast but food was awful. Front desk refused a late check out but then agreed to let us pay $50 for a 2pm checkout or $125 for a 4pm. First time I’ve ever had a hotel charge for a late check out. When I reluctantly agreed to it (given we had a red eye flight out) they then informed me I couldn’t after all. After paying $500 for a standard room. Won’t be going back here anytime soon.

Your paying for the view from the lobby on a clear day. Common areas are nice. My parking lot view room was 70's motel 6. At 5:00 I started hanging out at the front desk. They switched me to a cleaned room to get rid of me.

We were a little disappointed when we arrived, parking was not ideal and when looking at booking the resort, we were hoping for a hidden resort and when we arrived, it felt like a tourist trap. Very busy and not the quiet relaxing spot we were thinking it was going to be. The views were amazing, just not the ideal spot for us.

It was cold in my room and I was uncomfortable. I have never went to a hotel or resort and they limit your heat. I will not stay because of this reason when i come back in the winter

I didn’t encounter a single staff member that was unpleasant. My room was clean and tidy and very cozy. Room service was convenient and the food was delicious. Check in and checkout were easy, quick, and convenient. The grounds were well maintained and offered a number of things to do. All around an excellent experience.

We weren't entirely convinced that our room had been cleaned prior to our visit. The beds were made, and there were no personal belongings scattered about, however, there were pebbles all over the room. The carpet was quite moist. There was a sticky spill on the carpet by the window. There were a few black flakes on the bedding of one of the beds. The ice bucket had caked on food all over the inside of the lid. The phone had something on it that appeared to be a large booger. The toilet tank appeared to be leaking. The sheets on the bed felt slightly moist all over. Staff was not very remorseful when presented with these issues.
