Excellent service at Check-in where they didn't have my reservation on hand but all got fixed to my full satisfaction at the end. Thanks to Austin at the reception.

I enjoyed the hotel, but they charged my room restaurant fees, and even after contesting them, they still haven't refunded me my money. There was no receipt with those fees when I checked out, just over a hundred dollars for no apparent reason.

Property is dated. Renovations are coming soon, but not soon enough. I will not stay again until they are complete. Good location. Bed was leaning, window shades dirty, and smelled like a damp basement.

Overall the stay and experience was very nice. The only thing I would complain about was a loud air horn sound that could be heard above the room. It was every 10-15 mins early in the morning, lasted for hours. It woke me up out of my sleep, so that was disturbing. Nice staff, location and amenities.

Shower was kinda funky and I was not a fan of the door, but everything else was great. Fia was literally so nice and helpful. Give that woman a raise!

I was greeted and assisted by a very friendly clerk during check in. He explained that they did not have the room I booked but offered complimentary breakfast and a drink voucher to make up for it. I left my items in the room to quickly visit a sick family member. I did not return until about 10:30-11pm and when I tried to go to bed I noticed quite a few unsettling things in the bed. I called the front desk and asked for a change of bedding but unfortunately they did not have anyone at that hour. So they had me switch rooms, same floor which was nice but opposite end of the hotel. It had been a long day already and packing up and switching rooms in the middle of the night was inconvenient. The next day I left early and got back late, another long day with family, brought dinner back with me, got up to my room to find out my rooms keys were not working. Had to go down and get new keys, food getting colder by the minute. Frustrating. This clerk was also super friendly and very apologetic. The shower was very outdated and looked like it had one too many cover up/ patch jobs done. Just felt not clean to me. The fridge was in the wardrobe closet, inconvenient for dresses to hang. The bed (king) was so old it had indents that you find yourself rolling into during the night even when starting in the center of the bed, and these were very close to the edge. The pillows flattened to basically nothing, no support whatsoever, very uncomfortable. This was a very unfortunate experience.

My husband and I spend a great time. Hotel is very clean, staff is very nice specially Floriberto at breakfast area. He was such a nice and attentive person. He speaks english and spanish and was very helpful. I would recommended this Hotel.

One of my worst hotel experiences. The room was outdated and smelled like moisture. Our clothes all got wet from the moisture. There was a constant clicking sound on the pipes in the bathroom that woke us up multiple times every night. The rooms are nothing like the pictures they posted. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The bed was uncomfortable and the comforter looked disgusting

The lobby is huge and beautiful but that’s it. It took me a moment to find the front desk because of how big the lobby was. First impression: I thought it was really going to be luxurious. After interacting with check in, I realized… it’s just going to be a mid-hotel. I didn’t even get the whole talk about what this hotel had to offer. I said I was here to check in. The person asked for my ID and card, confirmed it and gave me my room key. And that’s it. I had to ask where the elevators are and I saw that there was a map printed out as hand outs on the corner. I asked if this was a map of the city and I was actually ignored by the person who checked me in. HAHAH! They were clearly too busy for me? But the person next to them paid better attention to me and answered me. Good on them. I almost thought I was speaking to a wall. But come the next day, my room key stopped working. Went to front desk and they were kind. So I’m thinking I was just stuck with the not so attentive person. As I left, front desk said have a nice day. During the whole stay, I wasn’t sure what amenities this hotel had tho. I still don’t. Most likely won’t be coming back though, as you can hear everything from your room. The room itself was decent though. No microwave in the room but by the ice machines, btw.

The staff were great and the room was was good too. I’m very quiet. I got a corner room which I’m sure helped that were comfortable and it was nice to have a Starbucks downstairs. The only issue I had was that I stayed three nights and every night key card stopped working, so I get all the way to my room and have to go all the way back down again to have it reconfigured. Apart from that, it was a good stay

Although the bathroom was updated; the rooms showed its age. Old door to our room had plenty of scratches and uneven surface along the bottom indicating the lack of care. Beds were average. Front desk was great.

Property was quiet with relatively easy access to the bus line which was especially important for our party, as we didn’t bring our car.

The first room we got was on the lower level and it smelled like people had smoked there 5 min before we walked in, then we complained and they put us in the 5th floor, bed was broken from the frame and it sunk in the middle so bad, the shower didn’t work we had to use the hand hose and the ac didn’t work. We had a party and checked in at midnight and we were too tired to complain. They said breakfast is at 7-10 but failed to mention it had an additional price… horrible place

Property was under construction. They put us in an area where it was not safe to walk through. We walked around for 5 minutes looking for our room because there were plastic all over. Given the wrong keys because they were transiting from insert keys to the scanning one. So had to go back down to get a new key and walk through all the mess once again. Once we got into the room the bathroom was disgusting molded around the shower area. Call down to receptionist to give us a new room all this was happening at 12am we were beyond tired after checking in late and just wanting to crash but had to go through this mess. Love Hyatt Regency but this has to be the worst one we have stayed at!!!
