We have never stayed in a hotel that had a patio door before. That was a little uncomfortable. The hotel is non smoking but that does not stop others from coming from their room and smoking on "their patio". Which was next tous. Doesn't make sense.
France checked us in and was helpful in directing us to a great resturant on the other side of the hotel.
The mattress was old as we both rolled into the center divot. It is a dated property. No elevator to the second floor.

It is very dated. There’s no elevator to the 2nd floor. The stairs are like emergency exits. Didn’t feel completely safe in the property.

This property has no elevator to the 2nd floor, and the stairs are located at the end of the corridors, away from the front desk. For someone who is aged, bad knees, etc., this is TERRIBLE. There should be a warning for potential customers. When I asked for a room on the main floor instead, they wanted an additional $50 per night!!! Highway robbery. Won;t stay there again,.

The front desk staff on both shifts were helpful in both official languages. The breakfast staff member made perfect scrambled eggs, complete with parsely garnish, greeted each guest and made sure.we had all we needed. Lovely breakfast, woth fresh fruit and coffee that you could select to be stronger so that it actually has flavour :-)

Excellent place to stay in Sherbrooke. Property is extremely clean and staff are very pleasant. Parking à and getting in/ out very easy. Continental breakfast in AM a nice touch. Will for sure stay again!

This motel is situated on the outskirts of town. It is very well maintained. It has 2 floors but no elevator which makes it hard for people on the second floor who have lots of luggage. The rooms are clean and well appointed with a small bar fridge, microwave, as well as the usual stuff, iron, hair dryer, etc. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and were bilingual which was helpful for those who are not proficient in French. Complimentary breakfast is provided and consists of several hot items, bacon, eggs, hash browns, as well as the usual bagels, cereals, muffins, etc. There are many restaurants in the vicinity but for some reason many were closed on Mondays.

We were very happy with our first stay at the Comfort in Sherbrooke. It was very comfortable and clean; which are priorities for us wherever we stay. The decor is outdated and breakfast area is small; but the service was excellent and we appreciated the amenities (fresh fruit and juices available 24/7, not just coffee).

Always consistent in quality of service, room cleanliness, available parking close to entrance. Comfortable bed and good coffee maker in room. I like the fact that hotel policy is posted in several key places around the property. Keeps people respectful of others.

I really enjoyed this hotel in Sherbrooke. The staff was extremely friendly! The location is very convenient, a lot of parking (free), my room was clean, wifi, delicious free breakfast (waffle, bread, bagel, muffin, cheese, yogurt, coffee, cereal, juices and fruits)
The only problem I saw was that on Monday April 8, 2024 it was the total solar eclipse day and Sherbrooke was on the totality path, the hotel was extremely busy so the nice young lady on the breakfast area was working by herself, SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB, I'm not complaining about her, but if I was a manager on that location, knowing that the hotel was going to be extra busy on that Monday I would have had an extra staff helping on the breakfast area that morning and also extended the breakfast hours on that unique Monday.
