Horrifyingly gross hotel and in need extreme need of maintenance. Sheet, shower curtain, floor, desk chair and curtains all had stains and rips of some sort…floor tiles were not glued down and the outlets didn’t work…I travel for work and stay in hotels 75-100 nights annually and know what to expect when booking different types and rates of hotels…but this place was cringeworthy in every capacity. Chose it as it had a hot tub, but probably the most disturbingly unclean hottub ever. 3 rings of grime and the floor was green with algae. I’d rather sleep in my car than ever stay at this property again. You’ve been warned.

For the Price, it was ok, needs a lot of upgrades, conveniently located, easy to get from one area to another, would probably spend a little bit more money and stay somewhere else next time, but ok overall for the price

Old and run down but good enough for overnight to get a couple days in the mountain. Cheap and get what you paid for.

Amazing view while it snowed. Close to dining. Clean. Front desk friendly

Everything was fine with this day except for when I went down for breakfast and they had some stupid political new show on the TV. I'd much prefer the discovery or History channel something not political.

Turning down the bed there was a thumb size hole in the bottom sheet of the bed. The bed was hard. The toilet was outdated and had difficulty flushing. Live TV was the only option.

Does not deserve the LaQuinta brand.

AWFUL HOTEL! Ended up not staying there! It was disgusting! From the minute we walked in I was disappointed but willing to check out the rooms before walking out! The carpet in the hallway was absolutely filthy, doors to other rooms partially opened, and overall an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso trying to coverup an odor! Honestly we hadn’t even made it to the room yet and I was outraged with the condition of this $240/night hotel. Then we entered the room and found same awful conditions including dead bugs in the lighting fixtures! We immediately went down to the front desk a requested to be let out of the reservation which they were very accommodating and let us immediately check out. The place is a DIVE! $240 per night! Are they kidding! Honestly gross!

Bed was an inner spring mattress, doors were white on the inside and dingy or dirty from finger prints and smudges.

Since Wyndham purchase La Quinta, several years ago, it seems they have done nothing to keep these properties maintained. Every time we stay these La Quinta properties look worse and worse. Tube didn’t hold water, shower was broken, sink faucet leaked, flooring was coming up, etc. Quality goes down and price for a room goes up.
Also, worst breakfast in the industry since Wyndham.

Linen from the guest before it was in the closet the toilet bowl cover is cracked. There was dirt behind the bathroom door and the ceiling was dusty. I have stayed here before and never experience such dirtiness. I am disappointed. I spent $194 for staying in a pigsty.

The pictures make this hotel look to be in very good condition, but upon arrival it was very clear we were mislead. The hotel was very dark, run down, and smelled awful. Between the smell of mildew and weed, it was almost unbearable. Our shower looked like it had barely been cleaned and the layout of the room was super strange. It must’ve been a 2 bed room at one point and instead of rearranging the room after the removal of one bed, they just left a giant open space. The bed that remains was very noisy to even sit on. The pillows were not much bigger than a paper towel roll. Overall I was not pleased with the hotel and would not stay again unless some major changes are done.

We had some car issues so this was just a one night stay. The Hotel was just average. It’s an older hotel. We did have to change rooms because the first one was very old smelling. it overwhelmed you when you walk in. There was no problem in changing rooms and the other one was much better. I would stay there again, but I will bring some Febreze.

Staff was excellent. First room had not been cleaned in days so we moved rooms. Bed was like sleeping on plywood and the pillows were like wet cotton in a sack. It was so uncomfortable we didn't sleep. I've been more comfortable car camping. Was not brave enough to use the shower. The first floor we had a room on smelled like cat piss. Bathroom seemed water damaged. The room had an odd open area that seemed like it was lacking furniture. Property should be updated and renovated or demolish. You get what you pay for I guess. I expected much more from a LaQuinta and instead went to sleep and woke up disgusted and disappointed to say the least.

There was nothing significantly wrong with the La Quinta. All minor issues: 1) No decaf coffee at breakfast 2) Door to room don’t close without pushing hard to get past a bent sill 3) tired looking lobby 4) very small bathroom. Wouldn’t choose it again but it was the cheapest place that night in the Frisco area which was the main plus.

Dirty and really dusty

The place is rundown, beat up, worn out, and poorly maintained. Hallway carpets are ripped. Concrete steps at the parking lot are crumbling. Handrail is rusted and broken - completely unsafe. Pool had no life preserver. Tiles were packed, grout was missing. Hot tub had sand at the bottom. Used towels were overflowing in the containers. No clean towels were available. Several issues in my room: Bathroom sink was cracked and had a hole in it. Bathroom flooring was rippled. Towel rack was loose. Two tiny trash cans. Ripped, torn sheer curtain. Desk chair was so worn out that it reclined so bad that I almost fell backward out of the chair. Missing tray on the coffee maker - no ability to make coffee. No coffee/drink cups provided. Bed pillows were cheap, lumpy, obviously worn out.

The property was VERY dirty, had not been vacuumed for what seemed multiple stays, very little food options for breakfast, Waffle maker was broken. Our AC unit was leaking/ broken and they told us there was nothing they could do, couldn't even bring us towels, I had to go get them. It dripped all night long. Trash in the hallway was overflowing and stunk, was not touched for days. Ice machine was broken as well. I have stayed at multiple LaQuinta's and this was by far the worst.

Let’s start with check in. Checking in was an inconvenience to the lady at the front desk. When we got our room, we went to it and surprise it was not cleaned. Put into another room and it wasn’t bad. Then we started to notice everything. The AC was messed up and sounded like a freight train all night. Loud and obnoxious all night. The bed was terrible and the pillows are SUPER small. The carpet in the room is coming up and torn. The “wood flooring” is done poorly and not even put together properly, gaps and moving. The shower walls were cracked and the shower curtain was hanging downward and wouldn’t stay closed. The shower head is disgusting and dirty and the drain would not drain. A shower turned into a bath. The toilet paper had something on it and went through the roll. Should have not been used in the first place. The bathroom door was supposed to be white, yet it was red and dirty with nasty streaks going down it. The light fixtures were completely covered in dust and mold. This hotel could be nice but the owners obviously don’t put ANY money back into the hotel. I would strongly not recommend this hotel.

Since Wyndham bought the LaQuinta Inn’s they have been quickly running them into the ground. No longer is anything updated. Breakfast is a bust. Matress conditions are no very good. They used to be MUCH better, before becoming part of the Wyndham family

Desperately in need of remodel. Floors are coming up, walls are dented, popcorn ceilings, baseboards rotten. It looks like a 100 year old building. I can’t believe I paid over $200 for 1 night. I’ve stayed at numerous La Quinta Inns and have been very happy but this was not typical for this “brand”.

checkin person was very rude, she didn't say a single word.
Hotel smells like ash tray
Hotel room was stinking, there were holes in the wall. Tub was broken. It looked like somebody had vomited just outside the room.
Breakfast was very bad.
Construction crew was drinking outside elevators. There were nasty stains on the elevators floor.
Sleeping in the car would have been much better than staying in this hotel.

Booked a last minute room here for a work trip and was absolutely mortified by the lack of cleanliness of this hotel. The knowingly put me in a room that smelled like straight urine the moment I opened the door. It was absolutely unbearable, so I requested another room and the manager pretty much said she knew that room smelled bad didn’t apologize or anything. We go into the second room and this one didn’t smell but there were a lot of toenails from previous people caught into the rug. I could go on about this place. But this is a place I wouldn’t recommend.
