The views were magnificent. It was quiet and restful. The staff was very responsive and attentive. We would definitely want to stay at the Peaks again in the future.

We were so impressed by the peaks that we decided to book again for next year. Everything was a five star in our book. The gondola was fun and easy to get to telluride with. We did not need to use our vehicle.

We were only there for one night, but it was a very nice hotel. Very clean and accommodating staff. My only issue was when I was eating at the restaurant, I asked for a certain drink, and they brought me something else and said they couldn't make what I asked for... (Then why not say that instead of bringing me something else?) But overall it was a great property. I'll definitely stay again, hopefully longer than one night.

The resort is very nice. We arrived a couple of hours early and we were told that check in time wasn’t until 4. We were exhausted from the flight in and drive from the airport. I asked again at about 3:15, and was told room wasn’t guaranteed until 4. Magically at 4 the room was ready! The receptionist was not friendly at all ☹️. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work, but that happens, not a big deal. Property was beautiful.

The rooms use portable air conditioners which I was grateful for since they don't have permanent AC and it was very hot. The AC unit is very loud and made it hard to sleep with it running.

We splurged on this hotel during the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. It was very expensive. We checked in and the next morning, the shower was inoperable, the kourig didn't work, and when we tried to call the front desk, the phone didn't work either. We were late to the festival, and lost the opportunity to get a good seat. They waived our resort fees and said that was all they could do because I booked through Expedia. All of the issues were taken care of when we returned in the evening, but never so much as an apology from management.

The property was wonderful- close proximity to the gondola and great views. While it looks abit outdated it is wonderfully comfortable and incredibly pet friendly. I recommend staying here for a visit to telluride, especially if you have a pet with you.

We only stayed at the Peaks one night because our condo wasn’t available the first night we needed lodging. The accommodations were really nice! Our microwave/convection oven would not come on, but since we were only there one night we didn’t bring it up with the staff. Dinner downstairs was pretty good and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was good rooms were dark and we had the garden room which was in the back rather of stayed in the fromt where it was easier to get to the pools and restaurant bring a robe they charged you 5.00 to rent a robe also the ice machine did not work in our building i would recommend staying there but tried to get a room near the pools

Everything about The Peaks is five star. All staff were willing jump in to help regardless of their title. The rooms were pristine and the housekeeping staff were exceptional given all our ski gear spread out everywhere in the room. The pool facility is also exceptional. The ski valet is top notch. Plan on extra cash for tipping. My only gripe is that the ski in is easy, but the ski out requires you to ski down to the learning area to then take a lift up to the main base area. My entire family loved our stay.
