It was a nice hotel. Clean
Outdated rooms. Definitely need to be updated alongside bathrooms too
Breakfast was good. A bit more of a continental range would be better though

Train station 15 min walk away but otherwise nothing much local

We had requested handicap friendly room for a person who is wheelchair bound. We did not get it. It took 2 hours to check in. The staff must be tired so they were not very friendly. We had very high opinion about crown plaza but were disappointed. The hotel was overbooked.

The breakfast was delicious and they have different type of food which is good, the attention exceptional. But the room was not very clean that’s why I’m giving 4 stars.

Property is far from central Milan. Staff is friendly however the hotel is outdated.

The shower was broke for the two days. No access to water. Had to ask for towels for 4 adults staying everyday. Long wait to check in. Room wasn’t ready when arrived and we arrived over an hour after check in time. No market to buy drinks/snacks or a quick breakfast or lunch. Nothing within walking distance to eat at.

We loved this hotel for the restaurants and the service. It is outside of the city but for us, that was exactly what we wanted since we are at the end of an 18 day trip and needed a place to rest for a couple of days. The food at the hotel restaurant was so good we ate there both nights after exploring Milan and Lake Como.

One of the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in, Amy at the front desk was very helpful and did an outstanding job making us very comfortable on our stay

It took 2hrs to check in with only 2 very slow employees on the desk.
I specifically asked if there would be a working mini bar, is I had prepared food I needed to keep cool. I was told all rooms have a mini bar however we had to call room service for someone to replace the mini bar as it wasn’t cold it was warm.

For start the reception staff was rude and poorly organised. The breakfast was €18 per person per night so 2 of us saying for 3 nights €108 was dam expensive. The air conditioning in room was not cold and windows did not open and bed was hard but had soft pillow which ment we had to sleep ontop of duvet for comfort and so was not too hot. All in all would not stay here again.

Noisy inside, motorway, railway 35-42 dB, with air-condition 60 dB constantly. Windows are foiled, so just brightness is recognized.

Really nice room for a family of four with two bathrooms. However one shower did not work and there was a log of unpleasant noise from the elevator next to our room fra 7 am! 15 min drive from centrum.

Hotel is old. Blocked toilet, though called a linate hotel, there’s no shuttle to the airport. Taxi costed about €20. Front desk is friendly but short-staffed, especially with multiple groups of school children checking in/out with 2-3 staff present. Not close to anything. Walked around the neighborhood but came back in due to feeling deserted.

Staff is very friendly and helpfull. We were travelling with a dog and they were very sweet. Room was nice and spacious.
The airco is somewhat loud and they parking need some cleaning. Lots of thrash lying around.
Overall a very nice hotel and we recommend it

The 5 minute walk to the train was teally a 20 minute walk. Not much around there. Nice bed. Friendly reception staff.

Very helpful staff. Conveniently located near Linate Airport (less than 10 minutes drive). Quiet and clean. Close to a big supermarket (10 minutes walk).

A large hotel and quite "ordinary", but value for money all in all and very convinient location.
