It was not good. One of the family members got stop by police for racial profiling. The manager told me later that day after the fact I pay to stay for another day. Couple hours after I pay the room they came and told me I had to leave because of that lil misunderstanding with the police..

The room did NOT look anything like the rooms on hotel.com. It was old, musty and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. The breakfast that they offered was minimal. The only thing that was offered more than if you stayed at an extended stay were the waffles and that wasn’t even appealing. The only thing good about this location is that it had a Dennys next door. For the price, well like I’ve always said . . . . You get what you pay for!

Horrible service, every person at the front desk had alot of confusion about my reservation. Was never told about the hours of breakfast schedule. Breakfast was horrible because they didn’t have enough food for all guests.

We stayed at this motel because it was off the interstate and somewhat near the airport. We were arriving late and leaving early the next morning, so we were looking for something economical. The place isn’t terrible and served its purpose for us. Denny’s was in the property.

From the moment we checked in, it was unpleasant. The front gal barely said a word to us and didn’t tell us where to find our room. The outside was dirty, the room looked clean but once inspecting it the sheets/comforter were dirty with black stains, the room clearly smelled like smoke after requesting a non-smoker room, the floor was stained, the lights didn’t work, and everything was overall unpleasant.

You get what you pay for. The rate was cheap but the room smelled like smoke. The blinds were broken and so was the AC. The AC barely cooled and made a really loud noise throughout the night.

Property stated that it had a crib on site, but after booking, I called and asked for one in our room and they said they had none and no alternatives. Additionally stated 2 queen beds and they were actually 2 full size beds- way too small. The bathroom tub looked like someone had taken a mud bath and not rinsed or cleaned the tub. When walking in the room barefoot, the floor was so dirty That our feet turned black and had to be washed before we could go to bed. Didn’t sleep at all due to the beds being so small and uncomfortable.

There is no smoking but the room smells like cigarettes. The sheets on bed were dirty. Couldn’t sleep someone in the room next to us was hitting the wall all night and there was a dog barking all night long. It was the worst night I wish I would of researched better and went somewhere else but lesson learned never again.

I had to change rooms. The first room #271 had no safety locks. I felt unsafe. Then went to tke a shower n the bottom part was broken. The 2nd rm they gave me was not clean so finally i was given #246. That room was btr. It seems the rooms are rented for one night stands. We were out of towners from Miami going to a Quinceañera party. I paid via Expedia but it did not show on your system. I had to tell them and still had my card info taken. It seems they finally straightened it out. Conclusion: the place needs renovation throughout.

The 1st room i was assigned had not been cleaned. The 2nd room i was assigned reeked of smoke. The third room i was assigned has debris on the floor, at this point i gave up and cleaned the room myself.

What we saw online was not what it really was. Whole property is rundown. 1st room, the light switch and AC didn't work. 2nd room was smoke filled and roach infested. Asked if the pool actually had a pool and it was green. Was told it was swimmable. Boards are rotting on staircases. Very disgusting. Got a refund and left.

The room was average, a few hairs in the shower and also in pillows. The mattress was too soft.
The breakfast was not very good, they had no juice, no coffe (both machines were out of order), and no fruit; the breakfast area was not very clean.

This property was worse than disgusting. Moldy bathroom hair on the floor. The room itself was disgusting and smell almonds just on that one and that'll be all that's all. Immediately when you walk in, you're slapped in the face with the smell of cigarettes and it doesn't get any better. The sheets and pillows smell like cigarettes too. The door handle wasn't even on and it was missing a bolt was definitely not secure

I booked for 13 days unfortunately I had an emergency and I had to leave at the 5 day
They said that I cannot have any refund ( company policy ) they don’t understand the meaning on an emergency.

Was locked out of the room half of one day and got locked out the very next day they refused to change rooms and continue to work on the broken lock I'm just glad my babies didn't get locked in there had to leave a night early because of being locked out the way

Terrible experience! People smoking marijuana in the hall next to our room, later we listen how the man in the next room hit his girlfriend, the safety was broken and the door didn't close properly. We refuse to pass the night there and tried to return the room and talk with the people in the front desk but they refused to give us a return or move us to another room or another hotel. The safety there was the worst in my life!

Won’t be staying there again. Had to move rooms due to broken door not being able to close, the second room we moved to the bathroom was dirty and we got charged twice in our bank account.
