My name is Mario Vela, I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza the past couple of days from 7/23/2024-7/26/2024. I am sad to say that it was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had at this hotel. I am a frequent guest and I am apart of the rewards system. I come about once a month for some business for work and I have always found myself to have a great experience. Unfortunately when I checked in around 3pm, I was told that they did not have my room ready and the only room they had available was a 2 bedroom with the smaller beds, I told the staff that I had paid for a king sized bed and would like to have the correct room. The staff said they only had a king sized room on the first floor, I accepted, but when I entered the room, there was a very foul odor and there was a brown stain on the bed. I did not feel comfortable and returned to the front desk to ask for a different room, they apologized and said the only option was a 2 bed room on the first floor. When I entered the second room, I was caught by surprised when I saw that the beds were messy and there were multiple beer bottles on the counter. The room had clearly not been cleaned, and I had to return to the front desk once again. When I returned the staff told me the only option was to give me a 2 bed room until my room was available, I felt like I had no choice and since I had a meeting for work and I was extremely tired I had no choice but to accept the 2 bed room. Everything was clean but the water in the shower woukd not turn cold at all. The only options were to burn my skin or boil it lol

I am handicapped. My key did not work. Lobby is in a different building. I had to go back and get another key. Double walking for handicapped. My feet are defective. Then at night when I got to room to sleep, there was a large black spot on top sheet on bed. No one to replace the sheet. I booked with breakfast and they did not give me breakfast.

Rooms have a damp smell, lack of circulation. Bathroom did not have a vent, the ceiling was moist from the moisture. We called for more towels and they mentioned they ran out. There is also a dumpster on the side of the hotel and it looks like the trash hasn’t been picked up in months..

Easy access. Close to shopping, restaurants and freeway but still quiet. Staff efficient and friendly.

The property was clean and tidy, the breakfast is limited and fixed with minimal service available. The breakfast service can do with an upgrade with a little bit quality and choice. The restaurant as a limited choice of mainly burgers and the bar was often closed before 08.30 pm. The location is the main problem as it is has very limited shops or restaurants within walking distance so without transport this could be an issue.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza for business and leisure. The property met all my expectations. The housekeeping staff was wonderful.

THE ROOM HAD BED BUGS!!! And the manager refused to refund rooms that other guests stayed at despite video and photo proof.
