Close to train station and was nice facility with great breakfast. Shower floor very slippery but no other complaints.

We stayed at the Hotel for four nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The room was very warm even though I was told there was no heating on. The mattress was past its best and ironically as we left a new supply of mattresses was being delivered. Good choice of breakfast. Hotel is very close to the Porta Susa where trains arrive half hourly from the airport (3.70 euros single).

Hotel location is good for a visit to the Egyptian museum. They do have some parking available for a fee. The hotel reception are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well worn. We had a fairly small but adequate room. There was almost no water pressure in the shower and the water only got about lukewarm at 0630 in the morning. The included breakfast was pretty bad, dirty dishes, bad coffee.

All staff very friendly. Simple hotel but clean and well positioned for a short stay in Turin. Close to the Porta Susa station for the airport bus. Would stay again.

Close to train station, and close enough to the city centre. I’ve stayed here for many years, and have always been satisfied. Staff is very courteous. This time was a bit different. I woke up one morning and there was a bed bug crawling on my sheet. They immediately changed my room and everything was ok, but of course I was very traumatized after that incident. I was offered no compensation at all, not even for the one night. It leaves a bitter taste for me. Management should have done something. Hopefully they will resolve this issue, and cleaning staff should be mandated to be extremely vigilant to make sure there are no bed bugs. When there is one, there are usually many more.

Amazing staff, we got delayed by over 3 hours and got to the hotel past midnight, they did everything they could to get us feed and watered after our long 10 hour train journey. We stayed on our return from Rome to London and they upgraded our room as was our 2nd stay and a thank you for choosing them. Absolutely amazing and very friendly and would defiantly stay again if ever in Turin

Hotel would generally be ok and is close to Porto Susa station. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, and there was no alternative room available. On first night no engineer was available either, but the receptionist tried to help by giving us a fan. On second day someone came to look at it, said they would change something and things would cool down in 30 minutes. It never cooled down. The staff did wave the city fees as compensation. Also of note was the tiny shower in the bathroom, elevated from the floor and barely big enough to stand in. In August most of the local restaurants are on holiday so there is nothing to eat close by

Close to Torino PS station (it is used by train staff!) and therefore convenient for the TGV to /from Paris. As short walk (circa 15 minutes to restaurants etc and about 25 walk to Torino PN station. Convenient for trams and buses. Good breakfast (with early access available). Staff very helpful and good English spoken, unlike my poor Italian. Interior is looking pretty tired. They need to speed up the refurbishment. Insufficient sockets in rooms - we had to unplug a light to plug in phone charger and even the kettle provided!

Great stay on a quadruple room with 2 teenagers during a family vacation. Walkable distance to the main attractions and 2 blocks from Milano Centrale train station. Very clean, nice shower and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast.

The hotel was at first view as expected. Because of the heat we booked a room with AC. But the temperature in the room was 28 degrees, and the AC was not working. After a few minutes the room temperature was 29 and by morning the room temperature was 30... The staff tried to help us but with no result. They did not give us another room. All in all, we didn't sleep that night and the whole road trip the next day was completely ruined because of that.

Hotel was quite nice with friendly staff and nice breakfast. Location very near Porta Susa which was great. There are plenty of restaurants and even grocery store within immediate walking distance from the hotel as well which made it very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was wonderful! They let us store our bags after we checked out, which we really appreciated. However the air conditioner had a problem and it did not get very cool in our room and I think it was leaking because water was dropping from the ceiling that night. I told the night clerk, but he couldn’t do anything that night, because he was alone. He gave us towels to absorb the water. I hope they have it fixed now.

My room was very spacious, an atrium, bathroom and bedroom. The atrium had a spacious cupboard with a safe, drawers and hangars, spare pillows. The bathroom had a bidet and two hair dryers. One fixed to the wall and another plug in one. The shower heated up in seconds, unlike those dreadful eco ones where you can have a cup of tea and a slice of cake waiting for it to warm up. The room was serviced every day with an ample supply of towels, bed make up and general cleaning. The bedroom was spacious, with a bedside table, drawers, lamp, and radio. Unusually, there was a kettle with hot drinks making tray. A small fridge is included. There was a large table and chair, also a comfortable second chair. And a second standard lamp. It was well heated with two windows, double glazing. The breakfast is included. A very spacious area, ample tables with no overcrowding. This is on floor -1. Reception, ground floor is floor 0, unlike the oddball English way. Breakfast was very well provided. Cereals and nuts for vegetarians. Not being a hamster, I did not try the vegie options. There were four kinds of cheese, two kinds of cold meat, ham & salami. White and brown bread. A toaster, mini pancakes. Butter which is spreadable, not rock hard. Unusually, pineapple juice. Tea and coffee. A choice of five or six different cakes, crosoints. Hot scrambled & boiled eggs, bacon & sausages. The location is a five min tram ride from the royal palace.

The hotel was walk in distance from the main train station and the city center. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety food options. The staff was very helpful. We had a nice stay.

We selected this hotel due to its location to the train station as we had a early train to catch. We choose a standard room on expedia which the information and the pictures on the expedia website were nothing like the room we were given. Expedia advertise it as193sq ft when in reality its around 100 sq ft. Also what I believe was a window had a metal screen so no outside light (basically spent the night in a box). The shower cubicle was the smallest I've seen the doors also opened inwards blocking the controls so you couldn't turn it on without actually been stood in it not knowing whether the water would scald or freeze you (dangerous in my opinion). Talking of dangerous wasn't convinced the electrics were great, lights continually flickered when turned on. To the credit the hotel did give us packed meals to take on our train as we left before breakfast. I raised the issues at reception when I left and was told we should have told our concerns at check in and could have been moved (error on our part). They pointed out the "standard room" is same as the "basic room". First bad experience I've had using Expedia for many years but the room we got didn't match what we booked.

Staff was friendly, walkable, full breakfast buffet included, it was good.

The hotel lobby was nice but our room was strange, It seemed that the room was added as an afterthought. Poor lighting in the bathroom and the bedroom part was too small to walk around the beds. The best things about this hotel was the location and the breakfast.

Everybody was very nice. The location was super convenient. It worked perfect with the parking. Our room was very slim and small - but clean. If you like a sweet breakfast you’ll be thrilled.

-Excellent location. Short walk (~5 minute) from Porta Susa train station and XVIII Dicembre subway stop. -Bathroom could use some improvement. It was easy to see that the sink was once severely damaged, perhaps broken completely from the counter. There was a large crack filled in with grout or caulk. Perhaps the whole sink and counter should have been replaced. Also, the shower cabin was 6 inches off the floor. It was difficult to step out of the shower cabin with wet feet. -Better communication - the hotel clerk should have explained that the guest must insert the keycard into a slot inside the room to activate the lights. Also, I asked a clerk for dinner recommendations to a trattoria serving local food between 20-30 Euros. Instead, the clerk referred me to an expensive restaurant serving modern cuisine. -Conclusion: Stay here for a budget hotel that is well served by public transportation. Major attractions, like Piazza Castello and the Egyptian Museum are within walking distance, 10-15 minutes. The continental breakfast is good. However, don't expect too much from the hotel clerks.

Excellent location, just five minutes from Porto Susa station. The room was spacious with a larger than usual bathroom and pleasingly roomy shower. A particularly nice touch was discounts for two nearby restaurants. We very much enjoyed La Piola with its excellent pizzas starting at around €7. The bar at the hotel had a generous buffet of snacks to accompany drinks. In all, an excellent choice for those travelling by train.

good hotel, the bed was comfortable ( one single room) amenities as described, breakfast pretty good. I like the hotel location close to the train station Torino Porta Susa and still within walking distance of the center and the Royal palace.
