The staff was super friendly and helpful and the property was fine. We ended up staying in a handicap accessible room. When you would use the shower though, water would travel out into the main area and soak all of the floor making it slippery and dangerous

Cut in the sofa, bathroom door wouldn’t close, cracked floor, couldn’t iron clothes because the iron had hardened stuff on it

Older hotel, stayed here before, hot tub, pool and breakfast was good. Bed was good, door to bathroom hard to close, ac created condensation on floor. Told management to fix those items. Price was good.

Staff was nice & breakfast was great. The things I didn’t like are more with the room layout itself, sink should always be in with the toilet. Lighting wasn’t good for makeup.

Was clean and friendly staff and great breakfast. Drawback for our stay was mold in the bathroom and loose and cracked floor tiles in the bathroom on the floor. Needs updated. The tub even creaked and seemed like it could easily crack.

Fast check in. Was upgrading to a larger room with sofa so that was nice. Downfall was the pool was closed and hot tub was not up to par!. Decent breakfast but hot food was cold.

Staff was okay, not really welcoming, felt like we were interrupting their day. Beds not very comfortable. Clean room/bathroom, fridge was nice bonus & stayed cold. Breakfast food selection was nice, but instant coffee with chunks wasn't too fun. You get what you pay for, ok if you're only staying a night or two.

Was double charged for room/incidentals, front desk said I was wrong. I had proof on my phone. Had my cc company tske the charges off. Tile floor in room heaved up so bad you could barely shove the bathroom door open and closed. Shower leaks all over the floor. Security lock broken. Room darkening blinds ripped part way out. Have stay here 4 times a year for several years. Will not stay again.

Convenient area with shopping and restaurants nearby and still quiet. Staff was not easily accessible and much of the time not at desk even when ringing bell for service, breakfast was okay, coffee had grounds in it and employee working there dressed more like a casual traveler, wasn't sure if he was an employee or not. Pool was nice and warm clean enough, hot tub jets were not working well. Do not like set up of toilet crammed in small room with tub and fan light together on one switch

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip. I was traveling with a trailer so it was important for me to find appropriate parking and they had an amazing setup for parking! Front desk was very helpful, everything was clean and orderly, beds were comfy, enjoyed the pool area, as well as breakfast the next morning... I would stay here again. It was great!
