Super convenient location with large, spacious rooms. Enjoyed our stay! Staff was highly professional and friendly

The staff in the hotel were nice and helpful. The hotel in the other hand is deficient in many things which make the stay not worthwhile. 1: The heating and air conditioning are ancient and noisy. The hotel has no effective central air. The bathrooms have vents that do not work. 2: The hallways are not lit and dark. 3: There is no room service at night. That is disappointing from a hotel that offers a good location in Boston.

I have stayed here many times over the past year plus months. It is always, clean and the staff is very friendly. It is very consistent overall.

I requested a crib and it was set up in the room when we checked in! The bed was very comfortable and the staff friendly.

Nice room. Suite no. 621. But close to elevators and very noisy at night in morning. Service at hotel basic not exceptional. Checkin in was ok and quick but Checkout was rude,unprofessional. No greeting, no thank you for staying or how was your stay or simple goodbye. Just smirking with colleague after I departed desk. This booking was 1500 USD. So never again here for that price point. Really disappointing.

The room was clean, and the hotel was right across the street from Prudential Center and Hynes Convention Center. The staff was great, and allowed me to check in early, and everything in the room worked well. The only limitations, which were minimal, were that the air conditioner was pretty loud and the plumbing is starting to get a little dated. These were pretty minor given the price and the quality of the room and location. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is right across the prudential mall and walking distance to my daughter apt and school.It’s very convenient for my family!

From Aurora at the front desk to the ease of parking to the gorgeous room and view to the 2 minute walk to the mall. It was EVERYTHING!

The hotel was in a great location. Right in front of the subway station I needed to commute to work. There was plenty of restaurante around the area and the shopping mall was located across the street. The area felt safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property’s condition is pretty outdated and worn out. The hotel needs a renovation asap! The lights next to the bed were ringing when on and would turn off after 5 minutes. The lights would dim out constantly as if the power supply was not enough. The AC was LOUD I needed to keep the room temperature a little higher so I could fall asleep without the AC waking me up constantly. The side of the bed had bed clasps sticking out that I hit my leg with once. I kept avoiding it but it was hard to in the night when I went to the bathroom. When I first arrived the toilet water was mirky but after I flushed it the murkiness went away. Makes me wonder whether they didn’t clean the toilet. The bathroom walls and floor were dirty but it could just be because of how old the hotel was. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here for the same price I paid. I could have definitely had a better room for that price. There’s plenty of other hotels around the area that are more modern and cleaner.

First of all it’s a very nice property in a great location. Definitely upscale without being stuffy and not as corporate feeling as some of the bigger hotels like M or W. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. Aidan checked us in and get us a room with 2 doubles instead of the king we had reserved. Made a great first impression. My son lives in Boston so this will be very high on our list of options when we come to visit.

We didn’t know pool was closed for season, big let down because it is still warm out and that’s why we booked this hotel

Very nice property overall. Bummer that they close the rooftop pool and bar after Labor Day.

Had a great time staying here. Was close to shopping, places to eat, and Fenway park, which is what I came for. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

I enjoyed my stay at The Colonnade Hotel. It is in a perfect location near Boston colleges, shopping and dining. The room was a good size, quiet and had all the amenities.

Hotel is so convenient. It is clean and the staff are very helpful and the door staff are charming and welcoming. We have stayed here very many times and it is so convenient with the T next to the hotel and the Prudential so very near.

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed . Great location, close to Southend for restaurants. The only problem is the brightness of the room during the night . Black out curtains do not block out the light fully

Parking space is not enough

The location of the hotel is great, close to a lot of restaurants, universities since we were here for campus visit. It also has a nice roof top with pool even though we did not get to spent too much time there. We also had a corner room which had a great view of Boston at night. They provided a cute rubber ducky in the bathroom which my kids love.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Colonnade. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was surrounded with many dining choices as well very close to the T Station.

I did not receive any Gold Member upgrade even there were some available. Carpet wasn't clean and vanity sink was not draining.
