Room was clean. Bathroom needs update. Overall a good night. Was quiet and will stay there again.

No ice, broken coffee machine in room old rusty bath tub, toilet seat falling off. Friendly staff.

Infested with cockroaches. Staff didn’t care. A lot of noise from people staying extended time. Bed was all springs. Never would stay again.

The bath tub was not clean, the vanity light did not work. The tv was not plugged in. Anytime i was at the desk, nobody was there. Stood there for at several minutes before anybody come to the desk. Room did not smell fresh or very clean at all.

Booking showed a pool but their was no pool. We had 5 rooms booked and air didnt work good in 2. Shower in 122 was like someone taking a pee.

my stay was ruined because i booked a non smoking room and you put me in an ashtray smoking room that they couldn't change.

Never will we ever stay at this location or any RED ROOF if we have other choices. Dust thick in fridge area, tile coming up by sink, deadbolt barely locked, metal bed base it cracked sound when you sat, turned on it. Caulking pulling from wall sink area and dirty. By tub water on floor by wall puddle plumbing issue. I have pictures of proof. Asked for receipt no amount on it so worthless.

Everything was great including the staff. The beds were clean but the room condition was needing work.

The other customers especially on the second floor hung out their door and played the radio so loud that I complained to the magnet and it was after 11:00pm that it stopped. Customers not good.

I needed a room for two nights and it was fine… good location, food handy and close to where I needed to be!

Door lock was messed up. Instead of giving me another room they showed me you have to pull and then push to get it open 😳. No breakfast of any kind. I can do without food but no coffee is just too much. Coffee maker in room was disgusting and filthy. Had to go to Waffle House for coffee.

Stay was good! A stink bug greeted us on the wall and the toilet was hard to flush. Other than that, everything was great!

We never got to stay at this motel our money was in the bank and place to find us after driving a 10-hour trip I begged a man to help us out he would not help us at all sit us away we have to go stay in a very bad motel because we had nowhere else to go

I booked a room for three nights. The TV was terrible and they could not give me another room. I checked out the next day and went to another hotel. I was told I would get a refund. I returned the day after not receiving a credit. The clerk left a message for the manager and said the manager would credit my account. I never received the credit. I will try to register a complaint with Hotels.com and see if they can credit my account. I will not stay at Red Roof again.

To make a long story short the room was unsatisfactory in everyway, and when we asked for a change and things to be fixed we were met with arguing and even more issues. We are still trying to get our money back as we were charged for four nights and did not even stay one.

Unit very run down. No bath towels. Went to office to get some and it was locked. No basket on coffee maker. Pet friendly room dog loved smelling bases on beds where others had marked. Stayed here last year and it was fine. Wont return next year on our way home.

They would not give me a late check out but the first room they sent me to (at 11 PM) had not been cleaned at all and both beds were unmade. So.....I think they could have offered my a late check out.

Horrible they had mold in the shower. I rented a king room they put us in a room with two queens. Unwilling to work with us on anything. Horrible
