Every time someone used the inner elevator, there was a metal-to-metal scraping noise that woke us up or disturbed us while working. Apart from that, the hotel and staff were great. Could do with signs in the spa/hammam that showering before entering is mandatory, though.

Beautiful and great location. Cool pool and good breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I needed to get tickets for the Louvre, and couldn’t get it to work on my computer. The guy at the front desk took care of making the reservation and printed out our tickets. They were great! Breakfast was delicious, and cleaning staff was super friendly.

Great hotel in good quiet location

The staff at the front desk were the best. They were so helpful and kind. I can remember some of the names; Lucie, Anaelle, Massi, Victoria etc... Nothing was too much trouble for them. They insisted on showing us how to take a bus so that we do not spend too much money taking taxis. The hotel also provided free drinks daily in our room, plus a free bar near the reception area from 2.00pm. The free bar has food such as a daily fresh pie, nuts, cookies, apples, etc..plus tea, coffee and cold drinks. It is a very generous hotel. We will certainly stay there again on our next trip to Paris. The location is also great, with many restaurants on the same street, and Gallery Lafayette, Opera Garnier a few minutes walking distance.

Amazing hotel. Very nice and clean. Good location. Good amenities. Breakfast is a good deal and free for kids.

The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations! Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The hotel staff were really lovely and the hotel itself was just really nice overall. The little extras like complimentary mini bar, afternoon snacks, and macarons at check-in were added bonuses! The bed was very comfortable too and the shower was amazing. Fantastic water pressure!
