Breakfast terrible nothing to eat, coffee awful, in the restaurant staff don’t speak English and not look like very friendly, working till 12:00 pm, kitchen closing around 20:45, shampoo in room finished nobody checked, in room we have found mosquito night was funny. One good thing reception- friendly, polite staff, English speaking.

The area is beautiful and the city centre is easy to reach. The service and staff are great, always willing to help. We return every year, always opt for a room with breakfast, which is delicious. It’s a great place for families, child friendly with playground on site. Overall good, but the cleaning / room service could be better. I actually approached a cleaner asking to clean the room again. I raised this before, please can management address the issue with the room cleaning.

The hotel was new and breakfast was good. The only thing that bothered me was to pay 5 eur to get into the pool .. as I consider this should be included as well as 16 eur for the parking as there are no other parking options . One would assume this 2 things should be included in the price of the hotel .

Disappointment starts with a self sufficient “teenage” check in woman With no interest in her work and less in customers - followed Up with a room belonging to another time - and then breakfast :-(

It has accommodating vibe and let me have really relaxing time. The facility was clean and spacious and the wellness center with the pool also satisfactory. My family stayed in for 2 days and it healed us in some ways.

Ok hotel although a bit older and worn. Needs a little bit of an upgrade when i comes to worn out carpets and no electrical outlets by the beds. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Easy hotel with a good location. Plenty of amenities with rude staff during breakfast and spa. We will not stay here again.

Booked this hotel on the basis it’s a Radisson Blu and they are normally very good, but unfortunately this one is the exception, hidden charges ie for parking and use of the pool. Poor quality beer from the bar at premium prices. Restaurant closed at 7pm even though website says 10pm. Very tired room could do with a make over or at the very least have the carpets cleaned and a touch of paint. Empty bottle of wine had been left in the room from previous guest. No milk for the coffee making facilities. The bed wasn’t to bad but I ordered a double bed room and got a twin with the 2 single beds pushed together. I’ve stayed in a lot better and far cheaper guest houses.

Our stay was very disappointingl. Check in was chaotic, unprofessional. Guests are not informed of the service offered. Studio superior room neglected, in need of renovation, dark. I received a room on the ground floor with a view of the fence. (According to the description should be a balcony overlooking the courtyard). Balcony door at the bed itself does not provide privacy and security. The bed is so close to the wall that it is impossible to get there. No toiletries of any kind (I visit rasisson hotels frequently and in many European and Asian countries) no slippers, iron, soap etc.. There is no water in the mini-kitchen (I arrived in the evening and could not drink and take medicines in peace). Corridor smelly and dark. I was in this hotel in April 2022 and had a normal room with a balcony and a view of the courtyard. Someone from the staff gave me the worst that there is in the hotel even though I paid for a category of higher standard.The cushions were so flat that I called the staff to ask them to bring extra and provide slippers shampoo hair conditioner soap or vanity kit. After 20 minutes the receptionist came. I was given pillows. I showed them the dirty floor, the cobwebs and the scratched walls. He said there was no maid service so I would not get slippers and toiletries....

Friendly staff , quiet comfortable room , lovely peaceful gardens with nice spa and pool area. Travelling with a large vehicle which did not fit in the underground parking, but an alternative was swiftly and helpfully found

Cleaning service was poor, we stayed for ten and never had our sheets changed. The bathroom was not cleaned, maximum were fresh towels and empty coffee were left dirty in the room. I would have expected more. The staff are friendly and helpful, the place is great for children and the pool is great. Dinner during the week was disappointing, there were only two items to chose and often no buffet because of low numbers of guests. Overall a pleasant stay but the cleaning need to improve.

- Old hotel buildings, needs modernization - difficult to open doors with key - Expensive rates but you have to additionally pay for parking & use of pool - Poor location some distance outside Dresden. Best to get a hotel in the city centre - better value than the Radisson - Long walk to main building and from car park to room. All apartments/ rooms are built separately from main building/ reception & spa/pool. - No info about facilities, App not working for hotel. No minibar in room just a small empty fridge. - Booked online via Hotels - I would avoid as the hotel did not have confirmation of booking or payment. Better to use a more reputable online Booking site - Did not ask about Covid tests or proof of vaccinations - hotel was fully booked & quite relaxed about Covid restrictions with guests. Other hotels we stayed in had very good controls - Additional cost for extra bed for child although included in room rate (mis-advertised by Hotels booking) - First and last online booking through Hotels + Great breakfast + Nice spa/ pool area & very clean + Comfortable rooms

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, which I raised but cleaning service did not improve. The hotel facilities could do with a makeover, everything is a bit old and dated. No air con, and it was around 28 degrees every day.

I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. It is bit far from the city center so should take this into consideration when your destination is Dresden. The hotel is quite old and some reviews made me very hesitant to choose this hotel but overall it was better than anticipated. Room was clean, had spa and swimming pool which is good for children. Since there were not too many guests the hotel offered reasonable late checkout so service was also good.

We were very disappointed with our stay here. We were travelling with our 5 month old son and specifically chose to stay here as there were allegedly two on site restaurants which meant convenience for us. However, we waited some time to be seated at dinner, weren’t even given a menu and then, after we asked for it, we still didn’t get one. After 10 minutes of this and being completely ignored we left and ended up having to order takeaway. We looked into getting room service but there was no information anywhere about that either and there was nobody available on reception to ask-this, despite it being advertised on hotels.com and on the Radisson website as being available. The room was also very basic and dated, and not well cleaned, especially considering what the hotel holds itself out to be. We could also hear the lift all evening and people used it. In addition, the hotel was not very child friendly and despite seeing that we had a pushchair the reception staff told us how to get to our room (which was not in the main building) by a route involving multiple series of steps which the reception staff told us we would have to manage. All in all, very disappointing indeed.

Our 1-night stay was ok. Room was nice, check in was pleasant , but we were uncomfortable because it was a warm night, and we were placed in a non air conditioned room directly over the noisy outdoor bar. Parking was rather difficult....it appears the hotel shares underground parking with other places. The only open spaces were at the far opposite end of the facility...we had to walk our luggage down 4 or 5 levels of ramps and across what felt like a city block. The hotel is a conference center and not a drive by location. In retrospect it was was not the best fit for our 1-night stay needs.

A fabulous pool and great service in the restaurant and concierge. Well prepared and presented restaurant food on a lovely terrace. Reception was professional but not friendly. Large room and well furnished - the only thing lacking was air-conditioning which we would have liked because of the exceptionally hot weather. Object to 12 euros a night for parking for a four night stay, however, it would have been acceptable if we were only staying one night.

Amazing views from our hotel room to the wine fields. The staffs was super friendly. Unfortunately, the two rooms that we got didn’t have air conditioning so the rooms were hot at night.

Beautiful setting within walking distance of public transportation in a lovely neighborhood. Stylish public areas with nice welcome snacks and water. Had to go back to reception to get a parking ticket to let us out of the garage. Room 7007 very dusty with handprint visible in dust on bathroom wall. Housekeeper walked in on us one morning without knocking. We thought there was a hot tub/whirlpool which was advertised but not to be found in the wellness area. Check-in parking was filled up with locals using the wellness area.
