Parking was limited because of construction, but everything else was great!

I booked this hotel through HOTELS.COM, when I checked in at the hotel, I was charged an EXTRA $100 that was called a security deposit. It wasn't until AFTER I saw the charge on my credit card, that I noticed this. When I brought this to the hotels attention, they never apologized. They told me that I should have see this in the fine print and they told me "while they had a side conversation with another staff member". They will not be returning my money for 5 business days. On top of this experience, the ENTIRE property was under construction. Every parking lot had equipment all over as well as several parking spots taken up by supplies and vehicles. The breakfast overall was okay. But the set-up was a constant traffic jam. It was very difficult to get to anything if more than TWO people were getting food. Overall, not a great experience. I can overlook some things, but from start to finish, the staff at the desk were not very customer driven. I am still at a loss that they didn't even attempt to offer an apology. Basically telling me this was on me. I wouldn't come back to this location.

Nice room with a kitchen. Clean. Comfy bed. Nice staff and quick check in/out. Good breakfast.

Nice place... maybe a bit of hidden gem if you have to stay for an extended amount of time. First floor was noisy from people above so if you are staying as a monthly extended stay, I'd recommend a top floor. Looked like lots of ammenities and more like an apartment complex. Was clean except for one dead bug. Oh well...

Court yard is well kept, breakfast is great, kitchenette is excellent. Great for a weekend getaway.

The room was very clean and spacious. It's an excellent place to stay for a great price. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty.

They are in the middle of a renovation so the renovated rooms are nice. But expect a lot of noise at 8am in the morning. Good location.

This is a great propety with a full kitchen. Almost feels like you are renting an apartment.

Very clean, bldg being renovated but we did not encounter any noise. Only odd thing to us was there was no water available at breakfast. We were told we had to go into the workout room if we wanted to get water. Breakfast was very adequate. Would use this facility again.

I am a huge fan of this hotel property. Clean, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, great hot breakfast, nice location, friendly staff The general manager made sure my mistake was fixable. So extremely nice to me and it was all great.

This was my first stay at a Sonesta & it will not be our last. Loved the breakfast. If we needed something they got it for us ( ie- Towels, blankets, Kleenex) very spacious room.

The desk staff were very nice. They are working on the outside of the buildings to make it look nicer. The breakfast was very good and clean.

This was such a great place to stay! Our room felt like a small apartment! It had 2 separate bedrooms for privacy, each wth their own bathroom. The staff was so nice and really helpful. We brought our two small dogs and they were so comfy. And I didn't feel stressed out like I sometimes do when staying in a hotel with them. We had a ground floor room so we could just walk out with the dogs (no stairs), which was so nice. We will definitely stay here when in Cincy again. I worried the Blue Ash area would be too far out from what we wanted to do in the city, but it was perfect. Also, This hotel is a 5 min drive from Summit Park, a super cool place and great for walking dogs and so much more!

My 12 year old grandson and I had a spacious room that we appreciated. I had anticipated 2 beds but got one bed plus a hideabed. Making and unmaking that 3 nights was good work cooperation. Daily cleaning is not provided but I asked at the front desk for more coffee packets and received them. Pretty good value.

I wish I would have know that the hotel was under construction. That was a turn off for me. I wouldn't have bother with the reservations. This was information that could have been shared with I called before making the reservation. . breakfast was lacking. I like pancakes. the machine was broken. the extra bedding pack was not zipped and locked like other hotel provide. the plastic pouch was ripped. I wasn't sure if it was used or not. Hole in the bathroom wall. It was covered up by a mirror. Fact that the mirror was in an odd place drew my attention.

Room was okay. Not worth the cost. Should've stayed in a better place. This is a $80 a night place.

Overall it was good, nothing too great.

Had a quick stay but was very pleased with the property. Staff were friendly, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for traveling to attractions, such as King's Island.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Rooms needed some repairs and general upgrading (marks on furniture, tears on bed fabric, etc). Biggest complaint is that we were not informed at booking, prior to arrival that very noisy construction would be taking place during our stay. We were placed in the building where they were working and the noise started at 8:30 or so each morning(Sat and Sun included). When we were checking out, one stairway was blocked completely and the other partially, making it difficult to get our luggage down to our cars.

Was under construction tools and building supplies everywhere very noisy

This was a perfect spot for our family of 5. We all had a comfortable amount of beds and bathrooms. It was clean, quiet, and spacious, and we loved our private entrance close to the parking lot. The outdoor pool was a nice addition to enjoy.

These rooms are so nice! The kitchen is huge, they were super clean and the bed was soooo comfortable! Will definitely be back!

The only thing I wasn't happy with is the beds are right next to the sink area where there is no door separating the rooms to block off the light if another person is using that area while the other is sleeping

Everyone working there was lovely. The breakfast was great. The carpeting was super gross and our room smelled like pot.
