VERY NICE front desk associates. However, Old hotel. Needs remodel. Room was kind of beat up and in need of a remodel. Popcorn ceilings, stains on walls and ceilings. Tattered carpet, etc...DEFINITELY not up to Hilton standards.

We were there for o Lu one night but nice clean rooms, close to attractions but I am very thankful to the staff as my car didn’t start in the morning and needed a jump start. They were able to help me out and I didn’t have to call roadside assistance and was able to make it to the airport in time.

The shampoo container in the shower was totally empty.

We left our son's stuffed animal that he has had since he was a baby and house keeping found it and Daniel with the hotel mailed in back within 3 days. My son was so happy and we were so relieved. Thanks so much!

It's amazing, the breakfast buffet was ample, above and beyond. The staff is so incredibly nice and welcoming. If I needed anything, they were so nice and accommodating. The location was good too, so many walking trails, and in a nice neighborhood.
Room service was perfect, the bed was made room was cleaned, but our stuff on the night stand, and on the bathroom surfaces were untouched, and that is important to me, as I hate when room service goes a little too far if you know what I mean. And they didn't go by too early which is also good.
Overall we are very very happy with this stay and would highly recommend it, and would stay there again if we are ever in that area.

We really liked the Homewood Suites, the suite was large with a full kitchen and a very comfy bed. The staff were lovely, very friendly & helpful at all times. Breakfast was good with different options each day. The location is quiet and next to a small retail area including a supermarket. We’d stay here again.

The room I was assigned had a soaking wet carpet between the bed and the bathroom. I ruined the only pair of socks I had by unknowingly walking through it. I tried to work around it, even giving it time to dry, but that was a fool's game. Eventually I abandoned the room and just told the front desk I was leaving. I can't believe someone cleared this room for a new guest. It was uninhabitable.

We knew at checkin that we wouldn't have our room cleaned daily, but expected every other day. We checked in Wednesday and got a mini-clean on Saturday after a visit to front desk to ask about cleaning. Never had shampoo or hand soap entire stay. Carpet was damp the entire stay. Free breakfast was poor to fair. They ran out of items on the bar and were very slow to replenish. Seemed to be understaffed. Tried to watch a movie on HBO our last night But could only watch for about 10minutes at a time before screen went blank, then showed "no signal". Same thing had happened earlier, but didn't look into it. Tried calling front desk to ask if there's a secret to watching TV, but no answer. Overall, if room hadn't been large, would be requesting full refund.

Our room was near a hotel basketball court, where both staff and guests were playing at all hours of the day and night. They were very noisy (after we had asked specifically for a quiet room!) Also, the breakfasts need more protein, it is not healthy to eat an all-carbohydrate breakfast.

The property clean and updated but it was also a bit well-used. Our room was adequate but the bed was too soft for me. I liked the free plentiful parking and shopping center within walking distance. The breakfast was limited but just right. It was mostly quiet except for the early risers in the room above us.

The location was very convenient and the price was fair based on the experience. Not exactly updated, pool furniture was worn, as was the room furniture. Front desk was helpful and nice. Housekeeping tried to enter my room even though I had Do Not Disturb on the door. They basically ignored it and entered my room anyway, luckily I had the latch on so they couldn’t fully walk in. I have never experienced that before in a hotel setting.

My children and I had a wonderful stay. It had everything we needed. So happy it had a laundromat on site and the breakfast was very good they had something different every day. The only downside to breakfast was staff had a hard time keeping it refilled since things went out pretty quickly since there was lots of guests staying there. We will definitely be staying there again it was lovely 👍
