Once you get past the dingy hallway the room is surprisingly nice. I was very pleased with quality of bed & slept really well. The entire place was exceptionally clean and well kept. A positive experience.

We were pleased with the room and with good breakfast options though biscuits & gravy would be an added bonus. We were in town for a vb tourney.

What you’d expect with an economy hotel. Clean and good service. Bed was good. Right on the main roads so you could hear some road noise. The hotel is within walking distance of a number of good restaurants. We went to the a family sports bar that was very good. We would stay there again.

The room was smaller than expected up quite enjoyed the stay.

Room was old & out dated. Housekeeping or someone left a opened energy drink in our restroom upon arrival. Stuffy in the room. Bathroom fixtures outdated. It was just an old room.

We were able to spend quality time with our son whose team was staying there too.

Noisy, a lot of loud traffic.

The bath tub would not drain. Room smelled musty. Hall carpet dirty, ripped and buckled. It was noisy with cars parked right outside our window and person walking in the room above us. Location was on a corner with a stop light. You could hear cars constantly.

I would recommend this hotel for price and location. It is very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly, the rooms were big, clean and updated.

Entryway had a smell & hallway had a smell of engine exhaust. Room was nice for our family of 6

Comfort in is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were great they were so comfortable I’m trying to buy myself some.

Stayed at this property as it was convenient for a family reunion and other activities in Sioux City. Room was great for myself and the two dogs. Temperature was set low which was nice considering the hallways of the hotel was stuffy and warm. The room did not contain any form of a dresser to put my clothes, and most were not hanging type of articles. The carpet felt damp, so wore some form of footwear in the room. Last evening there, several other people staying at the property were slamming doors from 830pm well after midnight, I know this is not the properties fault but thought to note it, parents should teach their children to be mindful of others. Breakfast was not much to be desired.

This property is located so we could head east on highway 20 easily in the morning.

My kids and i loved tue stay. The only thing i dod not like was when inwas checking in i was told that management didnt like to have locals stay at this location. Seemed weird to me. I just figure if i want to stay at a hotel in my area i should be able to with any questions.

Old, gross carpet in the hallways. Cracked sink, old bathroom fixtures. Staff not that friendly. When replaced towels-did not clean bathroom or leave new toiletries-although others had been used. Bes was clean and comfortable, but Will not stay there again

The most helpful and understanding staff ever! Our dogs were affected by the tornado and storms on the drive up, so they were acting up and stressed out. Instead of me taking a chance of the dogs disturbing other guests the next day they allowed me to check out a day early. They refunded my night. I had breakfast, which was good (eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, juices, cereal, fruits, etc). The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet, and the beds were super comfortable. 10 out of 10.

We stopped here for a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip through the area. We found it to be very clean, with a nicely appointed room and a very comfortable bed. The price was very reasonable. Breakfast was nothing special, but very adequate and served our needs. Would recommend this hotel.
