Over night stay on the way to our destination.

Check in was good clerk was friendly & helpful!! That was the only good interaction with the front desk! The guy in the daytime was very rude!! Room was spacious, bed needed to be updated actually the whole place needed some work

We were in town for a mizzou football game. Hotel prices were high as to be expected. Hotel was fine but outdated. Smelled old but it was clean. It was fine. No wow factor but it was fine for a night.

Went to visit a family member at Mizzou. Close to Mizzou, a 5 min drive. A lot of places to eat and close to shopping. The place was busy for a football weekend and couldn’t hear anyone. Felt very safe and place was clean. Good place to stay.

This property is not clean and smells awful. The door latch was broken, there were animal droppings in the bathroom, the parking lot area did not look safe. I prepaid for my room for two nights and was told the manager would have to approve a refund. I have messaged him and not heard a response. My son and I ended up booking a different hotel because this property smelled and looked so bad and didn’t look safe at all.

Hotel needs updating. Our room smelled like cigarettes, yet it was considered a non smoking room. The bed was comfortable and they do accept pets. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. As far as accommodations, you get what you pay for.

Property was run down, felt unsafe (homeless outside the door)room horrendous:unclean,broken fridge, broken door to bathroom, rusty fixtures,carpet gross. Sink cracked, paint peeling in the room. Not wheelchair accessible entrance in back. No elevators -noisy on ground level

Room was outdated. Shower handle was broken/missing. Towel rack was falling. Pillows were not fluffy at all.

I did not stay I was giving a room that had not been cleaned, towels on floor of bathroom-unmade bed-trash all over room. I was left waiting while desk clerk had a long personal call and after getting key card was told to use side doors that were broken. When I got to my room it had not been cleaned and I went back to office I was told to reach Expedia for refund. I have tried to reach Expedia all day to receive a refund but have been unable get through to them.

We checked in our room and the door was already open. Toliet was dirty and plugged up with you know what. Underwear in drawer, hair in the shower, it was obviously not cleaned. Hotel staff did not apologize, just gave us a different room. I would recommend shopping around. Never stay here again! Homeless person strolling the parking lot.

The property is shabby, and obviously cobbled together. It didn't feel safe.

This hotel looks nice in the pictures, but the outdoor pool is the size of a postage stamp and was storage for construction ladders. Room 308 had dried blood on the curtains, sticky floors, and the caulk on all the bathroom fixtures had mold.

We stay here once a year for a soccer tournament. It’s “okay” I have never seen a staff member after check in but honestly we never needed them. The place is not pretty lol but three years in a row it’s been good to us! Hank you and see you next year!

The room had a strange odor, the plumbing was messed up, and the key cards kept failing. The breakfast was pretty good though, and the staff took $15 off our bill for the messed up plumbing. Not horrible, but I could have probably found somewhere nicer for around the same price.

Didn’t realize hotel was behind dumpster of gas station with many people wandering around even late at night. felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Nice bed and was clean, fine for 1 night.
