Very friendly staff, accommodating to let us leave our bags on the late day after checkout. Really liked the breakfasts buffet options and when my partner felt ill I took up some bread for them. The room was spacious compared to come other hotels but it didn't feel very homely. Clean with helpful cleaning staff. I think we stayed in a room with the new windows and it really blocked out all noises which was great as the street was very noisy.

Everything about the hotel was fine. But the area where the hotel was located seemed a little unsafe.

We have travelled with two kids. Room provided was very good size. Bed size really good along with extra cot and sofa bed. Drinks in the freez are complimentary which is very good. Coffee machine provides good quality of coffee. There are lots of restaurant around the hotel.

This is great, clean property. Breakfast was awesome. The staff was so nice and helpful. The only issue is the location, it is close to some sites however it seems to be in an undesirable area. We didn’t feel unsafe at any point.

The room are good but the washroom had a very bad smell which even after complaining nothing was done about it. Overall the hotel is nice, and Yahia at the front desk was very helpful.

We checked-in at almost midnight, and the front desk staff were very accommodating. We stayed for a couple nights transitioning for our flight back to San Francisco. Our room was the Superior Multiple Beds room which was quite roomy and comfortable. The items at the mini-bar were all free, such a nice gesture. The room and bathroom were very clean, all the bath products were nice and completely full. The best part of this hotel it that it’s 3 mins. walking distance to the central station and about 10 mins. walking distance to Marienplatz, the old town section of the city.

Very good staff

Great hotel. It sits right on the center of all the main picture sights. I seriously recommend this hotel not because of its location but because of its hospitality. Their main focus is their guest and will go beyond to make sure they are satisfy and comfortable. The rooms are clean and very well maintain. The bar is a delight, get your best for of drinks from it. The breast is a must. It has so much flavor I definitely recommend booking it with your package. It’s a hotel that I would definitely come back and hostel myself in.

Firstly I have to say the staff were all wonderful throughout the stay. The other standout of the hotel was the breakfasts - plentiful, varied, high quality, generally amazing. The hotel is well located and the facilities were very nice, definitely a recommendation from us

Very helpful staff, great breakfast

Kind, attentive staff. Unfortunately, we only had the opportunity to stay for one night, but we would love to come back when we are in Munich. Clean room, comfortable beds, room decoration. Our request indicated at the time of booking was fulfilled, we thank you for this.

Spacious room, friendly staff and very convenient to railway station

Staff was entrusted with an important medical kit that was supposed to be refrigerated. They put it in a fridge that was not plugged in. I could not get a replacement while on my trip and this put my health in danger. Staff could care less. Did not offer to help or otherwise try to deal with the situation. Hotel location was not the best. Only thing close by is the train station.

Pricey for location, with very limited lobby/public space available. No lobby space to just sit or relax even for a few minutes.

The area is not the best, but once inside the property is rather nice and the staff can be helpful.

Best included breakfast I've ever seen. An absolutely super place with great people at the desk. Love it!

There is ALOT of construction going on around the city center. Getting to the hotel can be a challenge but it was worth it. As we are being checked in early I might add Nikolas at the front desk asked where I have to go to drop off the rental car. Seeing it was not close he spent 20 minutes on the phone arranging so I could drop it off 3 blocks away instead of 3 kms. great service! The room although slightly weathered still very clean and good size with a great bed. A free mini-bar with beer and soft drinks and free Nespresso coffee service. Great housekeeping that made sure it was stocked every day. Amazing breakfast in the restaurant with a nice little bar. I have never felt brand loyalty in hotels but Mercure may have started it.

Area is not pretty, somehow sketchy, it's right in front of the train station. The room had an old, unpleasant smell. But coffees and waters were a nice touch.

Great room, very helpful staff, Excellent breakfast and a great bar choice. And a great location for exploring Munich

The hotel is excellent value for money, and conveniently situated for visiting Munich and the surrounding area due to it's position near the main railway station. The only negative is the street can be noisy at night if you have the windows open.

Only stayed 2 nights here. Took the train from airport; very close to hotel. The train stop was 1 stop before the Marianplatz. Our room was huge with bathroom separated from bedroom. Did not have breakfast buffet; kind of expensive. Walkable to main square about 15 min .The restaurant looked nice in the hotel but did not use it.

Our primary reason for choosing this hotel was the location. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and accommodating. The room was spacious with a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom and the shower was very nice. Lighting in the room very good.
