Nice large room. Would have like some bathroom amenities. There was no lotion, shower cap or anything that are usually in rooms

There was very few people staying in the hotel so we had the place to ourselves the first night. Then the next night hey big family was placed right next to us who was really loud and had a lot of screaming children. We went to the front desk they did offer to move us but we figured we could tough it out, but it was really loud.

The employee that checked us in was professional and friendly. The room could use some updating. The bottom of the shower was showing alot of wear and tear. The shower water handle was so hard to pull to turn the water on that i thought i was going to pull it out of the wall. One of the bed frames rattled every time you move in the bed. Otherwise, the room was clean and the tv worked.

Pretty standard Best Western Experience. Clean room, a bit dated, parking and outside areas in need of a bit of a refresh and maintenance.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very clean and housekeeping was amazing. Only drawback was there was no bedding for the sleeper sofa and it was not comfortable. Overall a very good stay. Would recommend and will definitely be coming back again.

The only thing to improve is to put in more towel racks and a microwave in the room. some of the out lets were blown out too

The room had everything we needed. Only minor issue was there was no way to turn off the AC, other than unplugging it.
One thing the property could really use is an outdoor seating area to sit and relax. There is a pool, but it is very small and not that many lounge chairs.

The room was average. The bathroom was not good. I requested a king room, we got handicapped accessible room. There were no shelves in the bathroom to put personal items like make-up, toiletries, brushes, curling iron, lotions, etc.

On the second night two dogs in the room next door started barking around 10PM. We talked to the employee on duty and they asked the resident of that room to control her dogs. Unfortunately that did not happen and the dogs continued barking until 2AM and started again at 7AM. We were told that all room were dog friendly and there wasn't much they could do about it.

This hotel was great! We were in a 3rd floor corner room with windows on two sides. Very spacious and clean. About a 1 mile walk to downtown area. Highly recommend!

Very dirty and smelly bedroom, drain in a bathtub is not working at all, No free water, no luggage room,

Nice quiet spacious room with updated furnishings and bathroom. Mini fridge and a/c made for an even nicer stay. A 1 mile walk/bike on a beautiful pedestrian path to the town square made our stay a winner. Bonus: free wine tasting on Friday night.

The hotel is now split into two hotels, the back is now a “boutique” hotel run by the Hilton, lost a pool and the hot tub.
