Very poor condition and smelly.Won’t stay here for a second time. The only good thing was the free guest parking.

Very old dirty hotel

We stayed here due to the computer outage which meant Delta cancelled our flight. It was the only hotel under $700 available that night. Close to La Guardia is its only true asset. To be fair the room was clean but very dated. Very dated bathroom but again clean. There even provided for all five of us in the family to stay in the sane room. 2 double bed and a sofa bed.

Cockroaches, room key never work and required staff to come open door and staff that was never at the front desk. Pee smell in stairway, mold on lamps and did not turn on, floor was broken and breaking apart. Never smelt clean. Shower curtains not clean. Elevator always felt unsafe and ready to break. We never stayed at our hotel, only when we needed to sleep and that was only the first night; we never wanted to be anywhere close due to all these conditions. Highly do not recommend.

The description said it offered free shuttle to the airport, which was not true. We had to call Uber. The bathroom shower curtain was grossly dirty. We only had one towel and the pillows in the bed were pitiful.

Don’t expect much, if anything. It’s close to the airport and relatively inexpensive. Otherwise it’s a dump.

Flight cancelled so in a act of desperation quickly booked this motel without reading the reviews. The check in area has a man behind glass with only a slot for cc and IDs to slip through. Smells very musty and old. Room did not have working refrigerator, 1 lamp non-working, marginal AC. Used TV only to hook up to laptop. Inspected bed for bugs. Mattress and sheets were clean-ish. Saw 1 small bug in bathroom but that was it. Walls are thin and could hear our neighbor talking. Was grateful there was a liquor store practically in their parking lot- don’t think I could have slept without the bottle of wine I drowned my sorrows in! Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $100 for a decent hotel.

Has roaches and the the staff were rude about it, we checked out early and they wouldn’t issue a refund

A broken and completely run down place. Mattress has stains on them and with broken springs.

The word “DIRTY” doesn’t do justice. The bed has actual dirt and stains on all the sheets. The blankets had moth bites and cigarette burns. The bathroom had trash in the bin and cream all over the counter. The ground had not been vacuumed and was full of dirt and trash. It should be shut down- there is no reason to ever stay in this place again. I had to check to make sure there weren’t cockroaches before I slept. The manager did not care to ensure its cleanliness when we complained, it’s clearly a scam for money. Will be reporting this place to the department of health for major cleanliness concerns.

This place have german roaches, smell uncleaned. And if you ask for a refund they will return parcial and give you hard time. Expidia will not reimburse eather.

Terrible, dirty, no maintenance

There were crockroaches in the bathroom and sofa matress also furniture were in very bad condition, for the price we paid, we expected a different expirience.

Too much dirty And rude. Roaches and ant in room. Ac not working. No microwave in room you have to go down. No room service 👎

The rooms we were assigned (room 201) was filled with live roach activity. It was very disturbing. I end up leaving the room and sleeping inside my vehicle. Horrible

Expedia should not even list property in its website. I am totally surprised that Expedia include this property in their search list. I recommend that Expedia take this property out from their search list. The pillow has stain, the bathroom is horrible, insect in the room and so dirty . I will never recommend this place to anyone else.

Roaches everywhere. Pubic hairs in the bathroom. It was so gross

Had to wait about 30mns to find my reservation in their system. Everything else was terrible afterwards. If you’re looking for nice place to spend a night stay away from this one.

Rooms are not clean , wallpaper was torn on the wall. Curtains fell down while opening.

Curtains fell off the walls. It was disgusting. I’m just thankful we didn’t see bugs. Needed a quick place to stay by the airport so I guess it serviced its purpose but I would’ve rather slept in my car.

This was by far the nastiest, dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. The mattresses were so stained and disgusting. The towels were supposed to be white but had yellow spots all over them. The furniture was old and broken. The lights in the room werent even connected. The light bulbs were hanging from the fixtures. This hotel is somewhere a horror movie would be filmed.

ROACHES, room key didn’t work, stains on walls, stains on couch, stains on towels, sticky spots on the floor, used soap in shower, tv remote did not work, AC didn’t work properly.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. There was no hot shower, hot water. There was no clean less. There was no clean towels. There was no shampoo. Everything was broken so loud. It’s definitely Not worth the price

Right from check-in the room wasn’t ready. We had to wait in the hallway for half an hour. It was a constant beeping noise from construction nearby until four in the morning. This is obviously a short stay hotel because people are coming and going and having loud sex until 4 AM and then nothing but the construction beeping., The only save for this hotel was the front desk staffing especially Tariq!! He secured my items that I left in the room until I was able to come back two days later and recovered them!! Trustworthy an excellent in person because of him I might return, but only for a short stay! Tariq, your boss should give you a raise!!

This is not hotel or motel this need be under Health department investigation I got room walk in and run out for my life I paid room 440 dollars Not only is disgusting I would rather sleep on street. Try it you pls lol
