The shower did not work.

Customer service at check in was like talking to a robot. Room was very small with no place to put bag because the fold out bag platform was missing, two hangars, and the wall was stained from a dark a fresh liquid spill. Worst Hampton out of maybe 70 I have stayed at.

I laugh at the people who gave this hotel a bad review because of the food. Firstly, they have a clean area and hospitable staff. That to me goes above and beyond. Secondly, you cannot truly expect breakfast that is included in any hotel in the USA to be the best thing you have ever had. Of course you would not get fresh bacon or eggs, how can you expect more? It’s free… Change the system, or stay at a nicer hotel or go out to eat for breakfast if you are dissatisfied as this is standard across the country from where I have stayed at this price point. I believe I got what I paid for with this hotel and am satisfied with that. It was a safe place to sleep, the car was safe, the room clean and did not smell funny. Happy customer.

I had to put down a $250.00 deposit on my credit card because I used Hotels.com to pay! The room was only $158 total and was paid in full. The room smelled like a wet dog.

Check in was smooth. Received a follow-up text as condition of room, which was in very clean and tidy condition. The only drawback was a truck must have backed into their parking spot, which abutted our first floor window. The smell of gas filled our room while the truck idled. That wasn't a pleasant way to wake up.

This Hampton in was a little more rundown than others, but it served its purpose. Check-in was fast and easy. Everyone was very friendly. The heater was loud, but otherwise the mandatory quiet hours were thankfully observed!

The staff is always professional, efficient and friendly. May be showing some minor age in places, but the location is great. Access to shopping, food and even a movie theater. Highly recommend.

This stay was quite different than other times I've stayed at the hotel. First the $5 charge for parking is ridiculous! It is an open lot, adjacent to a plaza. The hotel is in dire need of a refresh. Stains on rhe carpets, lobby furniture that's dirty, vinyl wallpaper with marks, wet vacs left in the hallway. The breakfast was so unappetizing, we went out the 2nd morning. Dogs barking at 5 a.m.?? I understand there was a dog show in the area but really? I don't think I'll return.

We could not get the air conditioner to stop blowing cold air. We even tried turning it off still cold air! We were so cold.

Liked having breakfast available until 10 am. The mattress in our room had seen better days. We needed to turn it to insure no one fell out of bed.

We enjoyed our stay! We came for the night to go to the Big E. It was a clean hotel, comfortable room. We liked it a lot! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The staff was great - everyone very pleasant and attentive. Our room and the breakfast rooms were very clean. The pool needs some attention - water was not crystal clear and the pool furniture and umbrellas were pretty shabby.
