The walls were paper thin and both at night and 5:30 am we could hear our neighboring room's television as if it was on in our room. Made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.

No service at front desk. Room felt dirty. The closet doors were falling off the hinges. Bathroom faucets and handles were all broken.. Bathroom sink wouldn’t stop drilling. Towels were shedding and felt old.

The entire stay was awesome, except when they had a special night at a place called "My Fathers Place" there was nowhere for guests to park, it was a nightmare, we were told park anywhere even if not a legal place to be, that is kind of ridiculous. They have a lower level and should have valet to bring the cars down there and not take from guests who need to park there.

This hotel was such a disappointment in this amazing town. It felt old and dirty. There were no other options or I would have left there immediately.

The property is nicely decorated. The floors are beautiful, but can get a bit slippery when wet. Check in was very smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. We requested a handicapped accessible room, which we received. We were on the first floor, right next to the stairs. I was worried that it would be noisy, but it was surprisingly very quiet. My only issue was that the room seemed a little damp. I think it was because of the high humidity during our stay so that wouldn't stop me from coming again. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was nicely forceful.
The staff was excellent and very accomodating. We had a little accident and needed a bandaid, which Kathria went out of her way to get for us and later thoughtfully asked how we were. The property is on a major road without sites nearby, but it's only a short drive to things.
All in all, it was a very nice stay,thanks to the excellent staff.

Did not clean room 1 day. 2 towels for 4 guests. Soft, lumpy beds. No easy access to front desk from main parking lot - have to climb outdoor steps. no desktop computer for guest use.

Comfortable bed and pillows, room was decent size, bathroom door wouldn't close and no fan so to de-fog the mirror you had to use the hair dryer.

The hotel has a lovely setting overlooking the historic Village of Roslyn. The restaurant is excellent and the staff and amenities are excellent.

The staff was great. Easy check in experience. We felt safe, and the parking was easy.
The condition of the room wasn't great. The bed was bigger the bed frame, and the way it was assembled, my wife injured her toe on a piece of the roller that was needlessly sticking out.
The carpet felt wet, and the bathroom had mildew.

Close to the hospital so it was an easy stay. The Atlas restaurant in the hotel is amazing. Chef is so friendly and eager to please w his dishes. Best hummus ever!

We booked our stay for a family event, and appreciated the ability to walk into the town of Roslyn. From day 1 our check in people were great -very friendly and helpful. The bartender that night was very pleasant, and in the morning, Sam our waitress was exemplary - a great personality. The beds were comfortable and cleanliness was very good. The only glitch/ constructive criticism would be the bathroom ceiling, although trying to upgrade, was not in great shape - Hilton should invest more in this property's infrastructure - it is a lovely stay and so convenient. Hopefully the staff is rewarded as they were all great.

Nowhere close to what you would expect from a Hilton system. Although I booked through Orbitz with credit card, they consider I paid cash and asked for $100 deposit. WIFI is not free unless you sign up Hilton Honors and download the app. Even the hotel room has been somewhat updated, the bathroom still has old plumbing features and falling ceiling. We could hear door slamming and people talking all night long. Limited staffs with no house keeping service. Front desk staff Gabriel Manino was rude when we asked for clean towels. He said it would take hours to wash and dry the towels.

There was mildew in shower tile grout, the soap dish holder in the shower just spun around, something was loose in the heating/cooling unit and was rattling every time the fan switched on, and there was a light bulb in floor lamp that only flickered and didn’t turn on.
The parking garage ramps are narrow: 2 vehicles would have a difficult time if passing side by side.

It used to be a nice place with friendly staff. Last time I was there the place was dirty, shower was with mold, linens was not fresh, felt like someone slept in the bed before. I reported this condition to a manager and she wasn’t able to accommodate with a different room. I had to leave the hotel but was charged anyway full amount.
