The room was not clean and didn’t like the service. It was not what I was expecting

The property is run down. Our first room had no AC. They moved us to another room, tv did not work. The only good thing was Mike at the front desk. He was very helpful. Another hotel in the area should hire him quickly!!!

If you’re looking for an affordable place to rest, this did the trick. It was outdated, stained and rundown. BUT THE AIR CONDITIONER WORKED REALLY GOOD, the staff was kind, and the breakfast was decent. My family got the king suite and it was very spacious. Everyone got 9+ hours of deep and peaceful sleep in the cold AC.

Worker stay two nights and found ticks on bed.

we had a knife in the wall above the bathroom door. blood on the sheets of one bed. a toe nail in the other bed and i’m praying it was dried up roman noodles and not worms in my bed. my dog ate sunflower seeds and brought me a pill pack from under the bed. looked like our was kicked in at point. contacted front desk was showed three more rooms which was dirtier than ours under the bed. cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed. dust everywhere. mold on the carpet pretty sure the beds had bed bugs we itched and scratched all night my son was ate up. it was a very horrific experience. waited four hours for clean sheets and only got those because they switched shifts and the night lady was nice and understanding. we was in room 102.

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The room that I booked was not clean so the front desk clerk gave me another room, which was very good. The property is a bit dated but rooms are nice and cozy, some are not as nice though.

Housekeeper walked in on me while I was naked in bed no knock or anything . Managers solution why didn’t I lock the lock that was already broken. Thank you to the manager Lisa I would like to say you were kind and nice about everything but you weren’t .

Nastiest place I’ve ever stared. No towels, shaved hair in the sink and the room was not vacuumed, just darn nasty.

My check in was not smooth, because Expedia kept the money paid to them, but did not pay the hotel. When I went to check in at 2 am.... the hotel was trying to charge me for funds they never got from Expedia. I was able to show them where it was taken out of my account. The front desk staff had to eeach out to Expedia. My check in took about 45 minutes. Again... thos was at 2am after a 4 hour driven so you cam imagine my frustration.

This is an ol hotel and as expected for a lower end hotel, there were lots of long term guests making it uncomfortable to use the pool or laundry facilities as they were all outside cooking and partying.
The hotel is run down, while we got the "nicer" rooms, the stairs were scary, paint on the doors were peeling off, cracks in the ceiling along with wierd stains. There were cigarette burns on the tub, the bathroom door didnt close all the way, and there was a funky scent in the room.
We did complain and were offered a 15% off for the next stay there, lol.... I would rather sleep in the dumpster behind the whataburger if I EVER travel that way again.
I would add photos, but the button conveniently doesnt work.

The clerk was helpful in finding a room to fit my needs, 1st floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback for my husband and I was the lack of outlets for or CPAP machines.

We made a reservation for 2 nights. We stayed 1 night. We had an emergency the next day and had to leave. They could not refund the money for the second night. That was unbelievably disappointing, so I 'm not sure if I will be staying with them again. I mean its like they don't care. If it were them, they would want a refund also for the 2nd night that they did not get to stay for because of a family emergency. Something should be done about this.

1st room was dirty & stunk like smoke & cheap perfume. Staff switched after complaint and second room was almost as bad. Filthy with crumbs & nasty conditions. I was afraid of bed bugs so I checked thoroughly but sheets actually weren’t too bad. Overall it’s a run down, dirty place in need of major paint & upgrade.

I spent the first hour I was there cleaning because it was disgusting. There was even a used condom under the bed, the microwave as well as a lamp were both positioned where they werent even able to be plugged up in their location. The toilet as well as the shower had only been sprayed, you could see where chemicals just dripped down and that nothing was actually wiped down. I went through an entire thing of Clorox wipes on the surfaces and countertops. I’m even pretty sure I left my air freshener. Terrible.

Reserved 2 rooms, one with 2 queen beds, this room wasn't cleaned properly. There was rice on top of the bed,
hair in the bathroom, a nail file left on the chair and trash on the floor. The other room was a non-smoking king. There was an ashtray in the room and could smell the smoke, there were dead bugs in the light cover in the bathroom. Were rushing to a wedding and didn't have time to ask for a change of rooms. but won't be staying there again.

This hotel could be made a little nicer, cleaner. Staff at front desk was super nice and accommodating.

This property was not as advertised. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. We witnessed a man run from the police in the parking lot as well as a full on brawl on the opposite of the property, between guests. There was no water pressure in the shower. The pictures on the website do not match the property. The coffee pot had old coffee grounds in it. While in the lobby, making the manager aware of these problems, 2 more guests came in complaining. All in all, a very bad experience.

service was amazing, as far as the hotel room itself, after our kids were playing in the room for about two hours, their feet were BLACK from the carpet. also, there were dirty q-tips and someone else’s dirty underwear underneath the bed.

Urine and curly short hair on the toilet seat. Hair in the shower. Hair on the pillows and within the blankets. Front desk was nice but couldn't fix the issues.

After check in, my son and I went to our room. The room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The bed was unmade and trash was everywhere. I went to the front desk to request a refund. The guy who checked me in tried to lie. He said he thought I was staying another night. I explained to him that he just checked me in, took my credit card info, issued me room keys and told me where my room was. Had I already been a guest, he would not have to do any of those things. Hotels.com was not able to issue me a refund as this garbage hotel refused to do so. The guests ahead of me in line were denied hand towels because the hotel didn't have any clean ones available. I would NOT stay here if I were you.
