Run down building. Needs a refresh. Countertop in bathroom peeling. Bed was so-so. Floor was not properly vacuumed. Bed was clean, however. Kind of icky.

It is an older hotel and you get what you pay for but our bathroom was dirty and the shower drain was very very slow and toilet as well. AC was ok but could be a little stronger. Breakfast was ok but limited on choice by the time we got down to it.

No pool. Breakfast was lacking anything healthy. Coffee was terrible. Staff were friendly and rooms were mostly ok.

Property was okay. In our room specifically there were lightbulbs burnt out and one that flickered. Only 1 main light and the bathroom light worked well. Hallways were decent but were noticeably dirty in some spots and room was okay but could be better maintained.. Could have been better.

It was a very dirty hotel. People were living there fully. Cutting peoples hair o it side the building in front of the rooms. A guy was yelling at the front desk for his room but seemed like he was on something. Didn’t seem fully there. Very unsafe and dirty.

The manager was wonderful and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

It was a okay hotel it wasn’t the cleanest it wasn’t the dirtiest it was a place to stay!! No bugs !! The beds are ok, not enough towels tho ! But over all wasn’t a bad place!

This was the dirtiest stinkiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. All the floors look like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Everything was sticky greasy filthy dirty. Everything was extremely old worn out holes in the furniture. One of the beds had crumbs under the bedspread on top of the sheets Parking lot was overgrown with weeds. The door look like it was gonna fall off. The hinges whole property was totally rundown. This hotel should be demolished.

We checked in fine, overall first impression- place a bit run down, seems to be in middle of reno. Upon return from our event- there was absolutely no one at the front desk… in fact not one staff person to be found. Other guests reported they’d been waiting in lobby for about an hour for any sign of staff to check in and couldn’t. Police eventually called and showed up— which was disturbing on many levels- morphed into sense of decreased safety. Rooms very average at best. Probably won’t attempt to book there in future. Not great experience.

This place is gross and stinks..

The shower drains so slow the tub fills with water in a five minute shower and takes another 15 min to drain. We were switched rooms and they both did the same thing. There were ants in one of the rooms we stayed in. The heater was set at heat to 66 and it felt like a sauna it was at least 75 in there. No elevator to get to the second floor so just inconvenient not a huge deal. Everything was just very run down and old. The staff was very nice.

Very clean room and bathroom. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. A wide variety of foods for breakfast.

Great staff very helpful. check-in was fast and easy. Love the convenience of the parking lot door. Rooms were very clean and well put together. He had all the amenities you needed. Breakfast was good. The coffee cup was a little tiny, but you have a coffee maker in your room. Very happy with my stay g I will be back....The only thing I didn't like was there were a lot of cigarette butt out in the parking lot.

Warning !! - Do not stay in this ghetto low quality “hotel” very Rude employees, the breakfast tasted like cheap cardboard , this place is lacking appropriate costumer service, employees will glare, stare and discriminate! Specifically the older ladies at front desk, overall I’d say this place is a joke very inappropriate, unprofessional and a waste of money. I would rather book my future family trips to brainerd Mn at the local laundry Matt, bus station, under a bridge in a tent , anywhere! Than to ever have to stay under the roof of the econo lodge ever again

It was cheap. But we found a bed bug, then left.

Very convenient for my bike tour. Had everything I needed. Staff are great!

Room was clean and smelled clean. The hallways needed to be vacuumed. The AC unit worked well enough but the room was humid. Quiet location and we did sleep well. Breakfast was better than average. The check in process was efficient.

It’s an old motel that should be bulldozed and built new.

The room was dirty and the furniture was all stained. The light in the bathroom did not work. We left and did not stay the night. We found other accommodations.

I found two separate incidents of cockroaches, Housekeeping staff was good, however, management is about as bad as it gets. Asked for an extra pillow but failed to get. A couple plumbing issues, room smelled stale, room door lock wouldn't always work, hotel is located in an old part of town.

It was ok but ice machines did not work and stair wells dirty...no elevator. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Staff (3 ladies @ desk) were great. Property in disrepair, pool closed. Rooms nice/clean/beds comfy. Continental breakfast "good". Would stay again.

The place is run down.

The initial check in is confusing but our room was fine. We traveled with our daughter & dog & we had an entrance interior & exterior which was nice. The exterior can use some major cleanup but inside was good! Room was good but the frig didn't work.

Would not recommend. The only good part was Leslie at the front desk who also was doing everything with minimal staff and information about if rooms were clean or dirty. If rooms were vacant. It was a disaster.

When we arrived we ended up driving around the whole building bc it’s not clear where the front desk is for the Econo lodge bc the quality inn is also attached. The front desk for both are in the same place. Check inn was fast and easy. The front person was very helpful and pleasant. There was no elevator seen just fyi. Our room was clean. The door Sercuirty could be better it’s a chain lock on top of the dead bolt. It was quite and peaceful. The beds were a little harder than we’re used to. We didn’t eat breakfast there but wanted to get some ice water for our bottles and the breakfast person was not friendly. When asked if they had cold water she said no only hot water. We asked how they fill the dispenser in the lobby she just said we only have hot water. Over all if we didn’t have another option we’d stay again
