Everything was great, only the breakfast time is short.

The hotel is very nice, the room was Clean. there is also free gym and swimming pool.

Great accommodations and breakfast was great with lots of options.

We stayed 5 nights- we really liked our room. It was a nice size, good breakfast options, and clean. We had a really nice stay!

Everything was great except for a toilet that did not flush. Had to phone guest services on two occasions and still had issues.

Stayed with my family, including a toddler and it was absolutely wonderful! The patio area is wonderful for eating or just sitting and relaxing. The pool is a decent size as well and is warm. We had comfortable and spacious rooms. Any requests we had the staff were friendly and accomadating. Overall a great stay!

Basic property. Dirty carpet outside our room . Number sign of opposite room had fallen off and on the hall floor whole stay. Terrible breakfast, by 8:30 basically nothing left in the bakery cabinet. Dead flowers in the lobby.

Right by the highway

Nice room would have been better if the view wasn’t the parking lot. Housekeeping did my room but didn’t take my dirty towels out of the shower Breakfast was busy and lacking I made my own on the first day and waited and waited and waited to get the coffee urns refilled every day.Staff was great and did help me with the bbq Not sure it was worth the extra money but compared to a similar property across the street a much better value

Loved it. Great location, super easy to get around. Just an 8-minute drive to South Shell Park with no traffic. Nice environment and facilities. Getting to downtown Toronto was a breeze too. Highly recommend!

Water pressure wasn't great and had to wait 5 minutes for hot water(made a joke it took that long to travel to the top floor). Staff was great, parking wasn't a problem even though the hotel was full. Room was super clean and having a full sized fridge was amazing.

Average but definitely the hallways were smelling stale and the floors inside the hotel were dirty and stinky.

The rooms are great! Very spacious in all areas. Well appointed kitchen. Ahhh, lovely pillows! Easy on and off the highway and lots of parking. Breakfast is a basic one, but still had something available for everyone.

The hotel is newly renovated and felt very clean. We only stayed for 1 night but it was perfect and had everything we needed.

Excellent experience start to finish! We had a double booking here and ended up staying 5 days. Honestly one of the best stays we’ve had as a family. The staff went above and beyond with a smile on and it was just a very comfortable stay throughout. The pool was really nice for when we got stuck indoors with a real bad rainstorm. The gym was nicely equipped and being able to refill our water bottles in the gym was a plus. The room was outstanding in cleanliness, bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen area had everything you could need. The staff here was so friendly and accommodating when I had sudden needs(my little guy wet the bed) ..I asked for a change of sheets so i could do it myself, but instead ,the young lady at the desk came up personally and said it wasn’t a big deal at all and a pleasure to change it for me. That was just one of the instances and in itself is enough to keep me coming back to this location. Either it’s the really great training, or it’s just that everyone in Canada is a whole lot kinder than in the states. Bravo!

We found being put up in Suite 124 a noisy area. Everytime someone went through the door into the suites area, the door banged shut, very annoying, especially if you were in the first 2 units

Bed is too close to air conditioner. It was an extremely hot night and only had about 3 hours sleep because it was running so much

Dirty and unpleasant odour

Had a wonderful stay here. Rooms were very clean, the outdoor patio area was beautiful, breakfast was delicious with lots of options and staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was fine & very clean.

This hotel was in a location so easy to get to, yet backing onto a river ravine! It was amazing to have our windows facing trees, and the back patio areas were so peaceful. We came to your hotel to rest, and it was perfect! The staff was very friendly, even the maintenance guy stopping his work to walk down a hallway to get the door for me. The breakfast was incredible, clean, and chic. There was a great variety of different seating in the lobby/cafe areas for chatting and reading, too. Such a great "new" hotel!!

Updated, well appointed rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and china plates and proper cutlery are provided minimizing plastic waste.

Of all the hotels stays me and my family have had in the past hockey season this hotel was by far the best .

It's a very nice hotel for the price, especially if you get one of the suites that has two tvs. It's fantastic for families and it has a free breakfast that is actually pretty varied and delicious and we'll have something for everyone. It's not exactly close to Toronto, most things are a 30 to 40 minute drive, but you'll save a ton of money versus a downtown hotel. The rooms are slightly above average but they're nothing special. Making a mistake though, everything is quite nice and has a homey feel to it. Definitely recommended if you've got your kids with you!

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were lovely and accommodating. I really loved that the toiletries weren't made from single-use plastic containers. I'd love to see more sustainable initiatives like this including with the free breakfast - there were both regular plates, cutlery, etc. and also disposable - why not just have all regular/reusable to cut down on waste?

Should provide a broom in room for when you have small children eating

Very nice place. Free parking. Nice pool and fitness. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. One annoying thing: getting hot water takes longer than showering. Pls. install hot water circulation ;-)
