The ownership of the property is changing and the pool was closed. We booked this hotel because of the pool. Wish we had known this before we arrived.

The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. The rest of our stay in West was very enjoyable. Loved the Imax and the grizzly center.

I think this hotel is somewhat overrated. It’s ok, but not amazing. The service was ok, the bed was hard, the sheets scratchy. It was a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t go back unless the price was right. They do have a fridge but do not have a microwave. The food we got at their small cafe was ok but not amazing. It’s just an ok hotel.

The Days Inn in West Yellowstone is serviceable but has seen better days. All the towels I used had frayed and ripped sides, the blanket on the bed was ratty, and while everything was clean, it was all a bit rundown. The gym is really nothing much and wasn’t terribly useful (even though it was one of the reasons I picked the property). But the bed was comfortable, so there’s that.

I will book here again. The staff are friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. The free breakfast was amazing as well!

The water slide was way better than expected. Good for the kids.
At check in, first room was NOT cleaned. Took longer than it should have to get another room. Front desk needed to verify who didn't clean, what time, what wasn't cleaned, etc. Not necessary. Just change the room.
Second room was kind of better. Mustard packets, q-tips, unflushed toilet, etc. -- just not great. The beds were made and the sheets had been washed.
Probably not our first choice when we return.

Very nice motel. Clean, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The hot tub was great. The pool seemed more for kids as it had a slide with water rushing down into the pool. Very close to Yellowstone which was great.

Crumbs in the hall way, elevator, and public areas, oubic hairs on the bathroom floor. This could be a top rated hotel, however very poorly rated as a result of the filth! Cleanthis place up!

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and West Yellowstone. Walking distance to restaurants and shops in West Yellowstone. Close to the western entrance to Yellowstone park. Friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend the hotel!!

This place was depressing! The room was very dark, the carpet stained and in general just run down. Definitely not worth the expense.

I realize that *everything* in West Yellowstone is expensive, but $1,700+ for 5 nights, for what you *don't* get is pushing it. No cleaning service at all while I stayed there. There is parking, but doors are open and the crew smoked MJ right outside the parking lot doors.
Not really a good value, but was pretty much the only thing available when I booked (which was 4 months in adance).

This hotel was in need of updates! Our room had stained carpet, water damaged bathroom, musty smell and the window couldopen but was filthy. The fridge barely cooled and the hallways and common areas could have also used some tlc. The pool slide was fun for the kids but even in there the window screens were coming off the hot tub deck needed some repairs, etc. Breakfast had lots of options but quality was just so so. I wouldnt stay there again for the price!

We were pleased with our room which seemed to be newly renovated. It was quiet and felt so comfortable to be in. The buffet provides so many options and lots to choose from before starting a busy day in the park. Really made use of the hot tub and pool after a long day of walking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We have stayed here before, this time the heater wasn’t working but it was fixed on the second day. The bathroom had a smell from the pipe on the floor, we told the front desk . The room was very clean and large - we would stay here again. We were in 339.

It was a very busy check in with several people in line, and only one desk person working, he could multitask like I’ve never seen. He was kind and did his job very well. Also, the lady working at the breakfast at 6:00 am was cheerful and refilled our coffee..She was a breath of fresh air!!definitely recommend this stay.

We had a king suite with a spa tub in it that was great after spending all day in Yellowstone. Breakfast buffet was available at 6 am and was always stocked with good fresh foods, hot and cold. We would stay here again.

Great hotel for a family. The waterslide at the pool was a highlight for my kids. The continental breakfast had more variety and better quality than most hotels Ive stayed in. Convenient location to Yellowstone park, dining, and shopping.

The boys loved the waterslide. Was easyily the best part. Two hot tubs made is easy. Breakfast was spreadout in the dinning room so not crowded. Lots of rooms, very quiet. Convenient to downtown as well as the National Park.
