Things seemed pretty clean, including the beds. However, there were a lot of minor issues that added up to a feeling of annoyance and disappointment. The hot tub, which was the main reason we chose this hotel, wasn’t available. The pool was also closed for the season. In the room, the TV and phone weren’t working. After the front desk person came to the room, she was able to get the TV to work, but the connection was bad, and the image was frequently pixelated. The phone was not fixed. Overall, it was okay, and some of these issues will be temporary, but it was a disappointing visit.

Just stayed for 1 night while traveling home from a vacation. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint was the person in the room next to us had their TV turned up loud until about 1 AM but that’s not the hotels fault.

We stay here every other year two nights and were extremely pleased at the new dog friendly side with room access to outside yard. The room updates were also very nice, large TV, nice boutique style soaps, lotions, shampoo, etc so as not to waste all the small plastic bottles.

Hotel is old but clean, the attached diner was great.

This hotel had no elevator. The only rooms available were on the 2nd floor. I am not wheelchair bound but am a disabled veteran with very bad knees. The luggage carts were useless with no elevator so I had to carry our bags up the stairs. The TV didn’t work in the room. It was powered on but unresponsive with the remote. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work either. I walked back down the stairs and they replaced the batteries in the remote. I walked back up the stairs and the tv was still unresponsive with the remote. I walked back downstairs as the phone did’t work. This time, I was able to convince the manager to check for herself. Once she verified that I wasn’t incompetent, she put us in another room on the 2nd floor so I carried all our luggage to the new room. There are no luggage carts on the 2nd floor as there is no elevator. By the end of all of this, I was in a lot of pain and could barely walk. There was just a pipe sticking out of the wall where the ice machine is supposed to be. Picture included. To top it off, there was no complimentary breakfast! I have never been to a Holiday Inn with no complimentary breakfast. We had the option of paying the hotel $15 to eat in the attached restaurant. If this is what the Holiday Inn is becoming, I will definitely not be staying at one again.

Cleanliness was OK but the shower water pressure was low because the bath water diverter only partially worked. Half water came out of showerhead and half came out of bath faucet and was wasted down the drain.

This was a great experience. The motel was easy to locate by GPS The check in was welcoming. Tiffany was very helpful with the automatic drapes in our room. We didnt know how to close the drape. Tiffany came to our room to help us. 2 of us were traveling together. There was 1 chair in the room. Chloe, a housekeeper went to the pool area and brought us an extra chair. She even wiped the chair down before she delivered it to our room. The room was spacious and well lighted. The bed was comfortable The bathroom was large The Country Kitchen restaurant at the hotel served delicious breakfast. I had a coupon from the hotel to use at the restaurant. I enjoyed my stay

Great, clean, nice, dog-friendly

The staff was amazing. We had a pet friendly room that was spotless and smelled wonderful. Best hotel breakfast ever. You order off an expansive menu and great service. Will definitely be staying here regularly on our trips.

Great clean place to stay. Super pet friendly. Lots of lawn to walk dogs and staff that loves saying hello to your pet. Entrance to restaurant from hotel. Actual cooked Breakfast served in attached restaurant instead of the usual hotel buffet.

My first stay in a long time at a Holiday Inn. Very enjoyable

Very friendly personnel. Nice to have restaurant on premises. Everything was clean and nice.

I’m always very happy when I stay here. The accommodations for the price—- you can’t beat it. The rooms actually look like the photos and I don’t feel catfished when I check in, like some other places. The front desk is quick, helpful and warm. I love the little restaurant connected and the waitresses there. I also own a gym back home and the gym here is impressive with the equipment and space. I will continue to stay here during my work travels. Love it!

The property is not well maintained and needs work. Staff was very nice. Breakfast is not included. You are given a $5.00 voucher if you spend $10.00. At their cafe. You will spend a lot more than $10.00.

Second floor room no elevator. I thought all holiday inns have free breakfast but I learned only the holiday inn express do. For the price this place was a rip off.

The bATHROOM HAS PROBLEMS - no grab bars in tub/shower, towel rack poorly positioned for 6' men lifting lid in middle of the night, poor exhaust fan.

A sure bet for a nice stay at Holiday Inn hotels. Comfy mattress, bedding, and pillows. They also have SOFT towels, which are a huge thing for me!

This is a good hotel for a night's stay traveling along I-84. It is a bit dated, but clean and quiet. I didn't see an elevator so if you need one, stay on the first floor.
