Hotel had the best location.
BUT…. The Staff,EXCEPT Solange, who was very kind and helpfull, needs training to be more helpful to guests.
Also, the hotel needs an URGENT remodeling/refurnish of the bathrooms. DISGUSTING! Mold all Over it!
Can’t understand how come a hotel chain as Novotel allows the hotel operador function with áreas in such a poor condition.
The lamp bulb on the desk was “intermitent”. Fixed but not for long.

Dated hotel inside and out. The room furnishings were so low plastic garbage cans that are very small and so cheap they don’t open. The towels were old and worn. Asked for more water for the room the only suggestion was walk to a market. The restaurants were closed I even tried to buy a bottle. Felt like a budget one star hotel.

We were entirely dissatisfied with the Queen room we were given. It was on the ground floor, in a dingy area of the hotel with no view and no natural light. The room itself was dated and unappealing. We would not stay here again.

Great location between the Old Port and the coastal area along, with great views of the port and fort etc, and walking distance to everywhere. Great modern facilities with lovely outside bar terrace, pool, attractive foyer area etc. Staff were all so friendly, on the desk, at the bar, cleaning staff. Had standard room, was just fine although not great view - would go for the deluxe port view next time, and there will be a next time.

Room was spacious and kept very clean. Buffet breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. Location was excellent.Away from noise of busy tourist and business area, but within a 15 minute walk of them. Pool was very enjoyable - large with plenty of deck chairs. Great view of Marseille port from terrace. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent fitness facility -lots of exercise machines to work out on. Recommended for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Very difficult to find this hotel at night, we were driving a vehicle and there was lots of construction. We arrived at 830 pm, parking was in a secure structure on the premise. Restaurant was not open but it was a 15 minute walk to the port with lots of restaurants. Room was average more like a 3 star. Walkable to everything in the city. Lots of basilicas and sightseeing.

Super friendly staff who came across as very genuine. I arrived super early and it was great to be able to enjoy the pool while I waited for my room to become available.
Unfortunately I had incredibly inconsiderate neighbours in the room next to me who were noisy till about 3:30am, seems the soundproofing could be a little lacking

The location is excellent, but definitely needs refurbishment.

The hotel was about 10 min to walk to fishing market. About 25 min walk to ballistics Notre dame. Also there is a common place which gives a great view of the town. Also 10 min to beach.
Room is large. Separate toilet and showering area.
Staff very nice and helpful.
Parking underground but it is a little challenge if you are used to drive in the US.

Nothing like advertised. Over priced for a room with no window. Room window view is straight into the main bar not port, no privacy had to keep the curtains closed as ground floor window view into reception and bar. No child facilities. Staff at night where not well informative. £26 euro for a fatty steak that I couldn't cut through. 2 hotels in one got lost in carpark lift

Good hotel very good location, rooms are a little dated but all in all it's in a great location with the local bars and restaurants about a 15 min walk.

Really lovely hotel staff, great sized room and the pool is great for the kids.The breakfast room and bar also have lovely views of the harbour.

Great people that work here. The rooms are older than I accepted but the pool was a nice extra. Also the airco was very good. I would stay here again if the price stays right.

The staff was really friendly. But the sheets and towels felt worn out and old. I can't imagine how many butts they've seen.
My bathroom also didn't smell super clean.

very clean hotel stayed for 2 nights, friendly service, comfy room, nice breakfast secure parking 21euros pn short walk in to the port area which has lots of bars and restaurants. outside pool area in the summer looks nice, would defo stay again

The hotel room and some facilities such as the lifts may require refurbishment. A suitable choice for those on business trip. Not very far away from the port and restaurants (definitely within walking distance). For ordinary tourists, there are many choices near the port but this mid-price chained hotel will not let you down (or give you surprise). You will get what you pay for.

Great find near park overlooking bay and harbor

Location good, easy access to attractions. Helpful staff, gave good recommendations for places to eat and booking attractions. Secure parking available under hotel a bonus for this area. We all slept well, my son 4 years old didn’t want to leave. Would certainly stay here again.
