Lady in customer service was very gentle and helpful , the rooms were big and comfortable, definitely one of my favorite hotels.

I booked for three nights. Almost every day had to take the key back to get programmed. That was a little annoying. Otherwise, good stay very convenient location.

The hotel is not to clean my room’s floors were very dirty. I think then need little bit of maintenance. The restaurant was extremely full not accessible for elderly people.

We had a problem with the TV in our room and we asked for service to take care the problem and nobody showed up during the time that we stayed in the hotel.

Hallways were dirty, building from the outside looked good but from the inside in the actual rooms everything is still very old fashioned. The AC, the TV (normal TV), the shower, the bed sheets. After the cleaning lady came it was a weird smell on the room, like if the mop was dirty.

We stayed there for a month and we had a good time. All the staff is really nice and respectful. They accommodated us in anything we needed. Would recommend to stay.

The phone in the room didn’t work not able to call for room service nor front desk, the card to open the rooms stopped working every so often and when asked if this would keep happening the front desk lady would tell us that it it wouldn’t happen again but it kept happening and it was annoying to go up to the room and having the card not work and having to go down to the front desk in the heat, also when they clean the room they only did the bed but did not clean nothing else

The air conditioning in my room doesn’t work. Couldn’t have a good night sleep because of that. It never came below 27 degrees Celsius the whole night. Other than that it’s good. Thank you
