Check in was easy and quick. Our room was unfortunately freezing, and the smoke detector went off after turning the heat on. The phone and one of the lamps were both broken/unplugged. But the employee kindly moved us to another room, and everything was perfect. Both rooms were extremely clean, and the bed was extremely comfy. Impressive for the price.

This place was perfect for us. The location was ideal. The room was comfortable along with the amenities. Breakfast option was great. The front desk staff were great. Our request for a ground floor room was accommodated without issue.
Some will say it is a little dated, but I'd describe it as well loved. This property seems popular with out of town trades people.
We would galdly stay at this property again.

So filthy.. hair and yellow stains all over the bed under and sides of mattress.. used condom wrapper and cloths behind night stand. Toilet seat not attached. Telephone made a cloth black that I wiped it down with. Decided to go to another hotel and when I said I would be doing a review with photos he said…oh well I was going to give you a discount but now I won’t. He did in the end but it was literally like having a discussion with a 10 year old . I wish I could include the photos here

I was told that I got an upgraded room, meaning a ground floor room. There were sliding doors to the outside which I could park my car near. Very handy to move in and move out. The breakfast server was exceptionally pleasant.

Great stay here! A short drive from the Burlington GO station. 1 hour train ride to Union Station Toronto. Simple, clean room. Quiet. Very affordable. Breakfast was way better than it had to be given the price. Easy, free parking. Kept to the room and the lobby, so I won’t speak to the rest of the hotel. Recommended!

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the past few years and never had an issue.

My check in process was excellent and the person at the front desk was polite, personable and efficient. (The night of August 1st). Breakfast the morning of August 2nd was unacceptable, however. When I came to breakfast at 9AM there was no hot food remaining. Other guests continued to circle, apparently expecting replenishment. I waited 10 minutes, no food came. Again, unacceptable for a hotel that includes breakfast.

Nobody knows how to answer the front desk phones. They should really work on their customer service at front desk. I was trying to reach the hotel for over an hour no one picking up or calling back

The room was very small. Barely two people could pass by. Small washroom and bath. Overall very poor facility.

This property is very run down. Wall paper is peeling off the wall. The springs in the bed actual squeak. The drapes are frayed. The furniture is damaged. Lampshades are damaged. There are stains on the wallpaper. I could go.

Nice - clean - and well appointed room.
Emough choices for breakfast except waffle iron was broken and waffles are always a treat to look forward at Comfort… but this is ‘not’ a complaint!
Beds very comfortable!!
I recommend it if visiting the Burlington/Hamilton/Brantford area.. we were able to drive easily to visit the Woodland Cultural
Centre which is amazing!
