We had an amazing time staying here. The hotel concierge were very nice and the housekeeping staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast and happy hour were really good. I love that they even had sheets and crayons for the kids to color on.

Quiet time was at 10pm, there was a family reunion & it was everything but quiet. Our air must not have had working air. Our room was extremely warm the 3 nights we stayed there. We didn’t complain there because it was too much of a hassle to move to another room even if they had one. From what I was told when we checked in, they were fully booked & we had our dog with us too. We would give it a second chance though. Hot, great breakfast over the weekend. Nothing left on Monday though.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The staff is truly incredible and deserves a pat on their back, they go above and beyond for everyone.

I like the happy hour and the breakfast. Our room just was not as cold as the front area. We had to buy a little fan to go on each side of the bed. Otherwise we did not have a problem with the room.

The stay was pleasant...we always enjoy the great buffet breakfast. The cooks or servers were very friendly and helpful. Bed were extra soft. The hotel is conveniently located in mist of everything. Hate the extra resort and parking fees... that really aggravate my spirit.

There are areas around the hotel with rust, mold, and fixable stains - these could be corrected. Otherwise this is an amazing hotel!!! Love the breakfast options!!

We had a wonderful time during our family vacation and from desk to kitchen personal , everybody was nice and welcoming. The hotel is so close to many fun are and restaurant.

If you advertise a pool, at the very least you could let incoming guests know that the pool is emptied and unusable. Also it would be nice if someone answered when you tried to contact guest services

This was a very archaic and dated property with minimal ammenities. It was like a livestock trough. They made it seem like breakfast and the free cocktail hour was a major selling point. Cocktail hour has a line of 30 people standing waiting for a free drink. One bartender working. It was chaos. Not worth even offering in my opinion. The breakfast situation was similar. More workers, but no where near enough ammenities and food for the amount of people there. The line was easily 50 people. Everyone stands in large groups and are inconsiderate as well. No help from the staff and no order at all. Again, chaos. The rooms are ok. Top of the toilet didnt sit right and was an inconvenience, VERY loud. Kids run up and down the halls at all hours. Walls are paper thin. Building is damp and has a musty smell to it(its all indoors). The pool was drained and blocked off(was not mentioned). And the elevators were outdated. It took us 20 min to get from 5th floor to 1st floor on sunday morning. Only 1 elevator was working and was full everytime it got to our floor. The elevator that was working had an expired license. Overall, this hotel sucks. I will literally never stay there again and will make sure to warn others of the nonsense. Total waste of money.

My stay was great! The facilities are outdated but very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly.

I always choose to stay at Hilton properties , and normally Embassy Suites is my go to , however this properties rooms where very dated , and looked just like they theu whatever furniture they could find . The beds were very uncomfortable, and the couches had slip covers over a portion of them , Hilton normally has highet standards , very disappointed

I had to request extra pillows and towels every day and soap was not enough and ran out every day.

Room not well maintained. Furniture was very worn and mattress was not comfortable. Toilet running water constantly. Shower ceiling had clear signs of a leak from above with chipped paint. One elevator was not in service.

The breakfast was great and the servers were super friendly. The check in and out was easy and the front desk staffs were friendly as well! The room is clean and large.

The hotel is dated but decent. The rooms are spacious but the beds, sheets and pillows are old and need updating. The most disappointing part was that the pool was closed. No one told this before our stay. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, lots of options. The staff was not very welcoming, the check in staff was not friendly. She provided no information during check in. The happy hour is nice and helped make the experience a bit better.

The room was very large and clean. The check in process was seamless, the parking required key for entry and exit, and the bar area was in the middle of the lobby area. The gym was adequate and clean, as were the public restrooms. The one drawback was that the pool was closed, and it is July when a lot of tourists were in town.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and not enough towels were in the room

The hotel is not excellent as rated. The room had a terrible smell the entire stay. The beds were so uncomfortable. The room was run down with a lot of damage to the sheetrock and cabinets. The pool is closed it appears as though its permanent.

We have stayed here many times however this time we were met with rude and curt front desk employees. Their computers were down so I was left feeling like I was going to be double charged. When try to purchase from the sundry store the front desk clerk just rudely and repeatedly said CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY. I asked it to be charged to the room and was again told, CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY - These were the only words she spoke. Perhaps that is why she is on the night shift, personally she should not work with customers. Appalling behavior.
