Great price for a place a bit more up market than travel lodge so why not even just for a pit stop night

Staff really stand out. Customer service is excellent. Sandie sirted a problem we had quickly and with a smile. Breakfast staff attentive and professional. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel, beautiful grounds and excellent room

Mixed reviews for this hotel. Pros would be the onsite parking, the room was okay quality but after booking the executive suite i expected more. Breakfast was also a good standard. The cons with my stay would be that we reported to reception 3 times over 2 days to say the key card lock was not working on our door and nothing was done about it. We had to take valuables out to the car to store them when leaving for the day, as anyone could just open the door. When paying for the executive suite i expected more to be done. Little things like no vegetarian sausages available both days. Finally, i know this is not necessary for the hotel to do anything but i advised that we came for my partners 30th birthday and it wouldve been great to have a few extra touches but nothing was done for this

Bar ran out of guiness and cider and said more in tomorrow.bar staff couldnt pour a Guinness and wasted 4 pints untill they managed it

Comfortable bed, beautiful garden (watch for red foxes), easy bus transportation to train and to central London. If you opt for breakfast, it includes buffet and a menu. That wasn’t explained to us until we were ready to leave after finding little on the buffet that we wanted. We would have ordered first then found some buffet items while waiting but didn’t want to wait for the breakfast after that.

Really enjoyable one night stay. Didn’t know what to expect as booked it based on location for an event. Super friendly and helpful staff, nice food, comfortable rooms and good location. If we needed to stay in the area again, we would for sure stay there. Great value too.

Decent stay apart from being woken at 3.20am by the chap on reception ringing the phone in my room for some unknown reason!!!!!!!

The room was clean bright and comfortable,breakfast very nice and restocked very quickly good Parking in a quiet location only minor downside was the room doors were heavy and banged so latecomers and early risers were heard but this wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.

We stayed for 2 nights, our initial room was next to the lift and it was a bit noisy. However, after a visit to reception and a polite request for change of room, we were upgraded to a suite, free of charge, which was much more comfortable. The staff at The Bromley Court are amazing, most friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel definitely recommend

I heard that Pink Floyd and David Bowie played at this Hotel and also Bob Marley. It is a lovely hotel and quite large. Food was excellent, service first class and staff were so helpful.

Originally booked for one night at this hotel but ended up staying for two due to a change in circumstances, this resulted in me staying in two different rooms of different classes so I’m going to base my review over the two day stay. The first room was excellent, this was a better grade of room and is shown in the pictures. I think it was a deluxe room and had more amenities such as robes and slippers. The second room was a cosy room, while still nice, you could tell it was a much cheaper room as the decor was dated and the carpet was filthy. Room 206 needs a deep carpet clean, the stains were pretty terrible. Fewer amenities here but a better view and larger window. The location was excellent, car parking was plentiful and the staff were lovely. There was a party on both nights in the staff informed me that it would be quite noisy, this was fine and didn’t bother me too much but it did mean that parts of the dining area were closed off in favour of the bar or room service should you wish to dine in. Would certainly stay here again, no major complaints just get that carpet cleaned. It was filthy!
