Clean and great location.

Two of three days, no hot water. Spent 600$ for three nights. Room was not cleaned once. On last day asked to have room cleaned at 8 AM. Room not cleaned. Was told later at night that day that you need to ask the day before. Absurd. Lie. Does not make aense.

Body soap container was empty and the bottle cap was broken as well.

Breakfast was great, comfortable bed and convenient for our events in town. Front desk staff was also so kind.

Good place. Clean, convenient, easy parking. One of the elevators was out for a while today, but it seems like it was taken care of quickly. We like staying here. Honestly, the free breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The food just is not that good, sorry to say. This is really the only negative thing I can say. We will still book here; hopefully it will get better.

Room overwhelming smelled of air freshener as if housekeeping was covering an odor. Holes in the walls that had been poorly patched. Walls were noisy (heard creaking all night). Attendent saw me pulling up in my car to check in, but front desk was unattended for 15 minutes before anyone came out to check me in. Area is industrial and did not feel safe at night. Fine for a low budget stay, not for families or women traveling alone.

We love using this hotel when we travel to see our child who us at Univerity of Richmond. Great staff, easy parking, close to so many great Richmond places.

I had to retrieve the desk clerk from outside having a smoke to check in. The pool was dirty and green. I told the desk clerk but nothing was done.

Room was extremely clean, comfortable spacious for business amazing accommodations left-hand side of the bed was broken in and horribly uncomfortable. I had to sleep on opposing side of bed.

I was greeted by friendly person, check in was very quick. The common area is very nice with amenities for work or leisure. My room is great, very comfortable and bed and pillows are excellent.

Honestly, if you can afford a better hotel, you should avoid this one. Security was the major issue. Was not particularly clean nor comfortable either. For example, most people park in the rear. There is a main entrance in the rear as well. You can enter and not be seen by the front desk due to the organization of space. You also dont need to run your key to use the elevator so anybody could walk off the street and go directly to any floor unnoticed. I am almost certain people Came from the street for the free breakfast in the lobby as well as I saw them coming and. Going.

This place is a little shabby, I had to change rooms because the first room had an air conditioner that sounded like a Harley. Both rooms were not very clean, a little mold in the bathrooms. Staff were nice, bed was comfortable. Also not in a great neighborhood.

Check-in was super fast and easy. Breakfast was an impressive array.

Lovely staff, nicely kept property. Surprisingly large lounge and the game room was a bonus.

Rooms were clean but who thought it was a good idea to put a see through shade on the window that doesn’t block any light at all. It was so light during the night, that a good nights sleep wasn’t happening.

The air conditioner was very loud and you couldn’t control the temperature. The room was a little small. The floor in the lobby was dirty.

I never made it to my room. I showed up to the hotel to check in and was told I did not have a reservation and was told I would have to call Hotels.com to fix it even after showing I should have one. I did, and when they called to talk the clerk, she put them on hold. When they tried call back to address the situation, the clerk would not answer the phone. I was then asked to try to get the clerk to talk to Hotels.com to which I was told they would have to call. Hotels.com eventually talked to her and she seemed unwilling to help with the situation other than she wanted them to refund me money and then let me book it myself through the hotel. I ended up being booked somewhere else by Hotels.com. I had a room, but it made the situation inconvenient to what I had originally planned.

The breakfast was tasty and the rooms are clean and updated.

Parking was weird since it was not private, but part of a strip mall. Hotel was pleasant but the surroundings were a little "sketchy". We went to dinner at a close by Mexican restaurant. It was pleasant but I wouldn't have gone out after dark 😉
