I felt relatively safe. My sister, who lives in Cheverly picked me up for our family gathering. I was very comfortable with the area and Days Inn. I wish any kind of newspaper was available in the area.(Walked to the gas station, he looked at me like I had ten heads). The good part - I slept very well at Days Inn. The breakfast set up was very satisfying. Thank you so much! Much success to you, I 🙏. ☺️

While the public areas of the hotel were outdated/dingy, the rooms themselves were updated, clean, and they had installed an extra air conditioner to ensure there was one near the bed - very important for hot sleepers. They also had an amazing breakfast, including all the standards (eggs, bacon, bagels, fruit, etc.) as well as a chorizo scramble! I’d never seen anything like that in a chain hotel - well done!

The cons to this hotel:
Check in lady was very unpleasant upon arrival. Window locks were broken, and bedside lamp flickered on and off. When our room was cleaned, our toothbrushes were handled and moved, one being placed onto tissue paper.
The pros to this hotel: the maintenance man who came to fix the tv that wasn’t working was VERY polite and pleasant. He deserves a raise in our opinion. He made the entire experience better by his great personality. Wish I had caught his name.
The second front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful. Smiling and happy. The pool was clean and very large. Breakfast is what you would expect for a free breakfast, though the first check in lady handed us tickets that she said were to enter breakfast, that had absolutely no use, and no one asked for to enter breakfast. So that was very strange.

A thoroughly odd place. The bed itself was good, but there were so many moments of looking around to realize this was retrofitted. A shower with an off center faucet; air conditioning with an external vent out a window; disinterested staff; nothing about the hotel itself was unsanitary or poor, so if you want to shower off after a long day and sleep in a comfortable bed, definitely give this place a look. If you’re looking for bells and whistles, or a hotel that doesn’t feel like you’re taking your life into your hands to enter and exit (nearly got run down by the shuttle!), look elsewhere.

Right when we came in to our rooms the bedsheets were dirty and had stains all over them. We asked the workers to change all the bedsheets and they did however they were still dirty. So they changed it again. There was always a smell in the rooms and it was unsanitary. The good things about the hotel were the pool which was clean and the breakfast which was excellent. The hotel needs to work more on cleanliness in the rooms.

The hotel is more like a motel. The hallways had portable air conditioners and there was a strong smell of marijuana. The place is outdated and the overall value for what we paid for was undervalued. On our second day we came back to find there was no running water and their solution to flush the toilets was to provide me with a gallon of water. The water issue was rectified the following day but it was very unpleasant and uncomfortable as we were not able to shower or use the toilets.

Needing some more TLC, the property overall was pretty run down, not necessarily dirty, but very dated. Staff was fine but not overly friendly. View out of our window was a bunch of overgrown shrubs and power lines. 3 stars across the board.

We had a bag of peaches in our room, we came back from being away for the day to a peach pit on the side of our bed and the stem on the ground. I went to get one of my drinks out of the fridge to find it gone! Just wondering what else was gone through in our room when we were away! Definitely will not stay here again.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood on the hills. Plenty of parking. Breakfast room is somewhat chaotic.

Service was excellent! The pre check in saved lots of time. The house keeping was excellent. The included breakfast was excellent. It was a great experience. The price was unbelievably low compared to similar Hotels. Staff was very Hospitable.

We have stayed at a Wyndham numerous times because we are always pleased. Not the case this time. For starters, it's a pet friendly hotel... without the first bit of grass in sight. Now why?! Super odd. Next, there was absolutely no table or suitcase rack. We had to get out the ironing board to have table space. Thirdly, the lighting is slim to none. Bring a makeup mirror with lights, if you actually want to be able to see to do it. I just aimed and hoped for the best. Lastly, the usually decent continental breakfast was about pitiful. We were there three mornings and was offered mainly scrambled eggs and cereal. Definitely not what we're used to at Wyndham. (And I hope you like strong coffee because that's what you're getting. Black as tar.)

The hotel was clean, staff when we arrived in the late afternoon seemed timid to speak to guests. The morning staff were very friendly, the hotel was housing VRE and a few other train staff. They were very loud leaving the hotel early on with slamming doors and knocking on our door assuming we needed to get up as well. I did appreciate the gesture of coworkers waking me up but not on vacation.

Not at all how it is pictured. The property is located in between incredibly busy roads where walking is not accessible so ride sharing or a car is needed. The building itself is old, poorly maintained and run down. To access my room I had to go outside and walk around the building. The front desk staff was polite but not welcoming. At one point when talking to the agent helping me with check in I asked if it’s possible to walk to a restaurant and another agent on the phone next to her scoffed and rolled her eyes as if it was the dumbest question ever. I would not recommend and definitely won’t be back.
