Great place to stay!!

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Our bathroom shower door's seal leaked so we often called for more towels. The iron had "no sirve" written on it and we had to call for a replacement.

The room was nice but missing a lot of essentials we needed to call the front desk for. No ironing board, only one full size towel for a group of 3 and no hair drier. Called to her all 3 and for 2 out of 3. The hair drier was the kind that goes on the wall in the hotel… but wasn’t installed. Mount and all. Never got extra towels so my husband had to use the hand towels.

I liked that they had an ice dispenser ready to use for any guests that would want ice and there were vending machines

Only thing i would complain about was the water there was no hoy water in shower

We stayed one night to visit some friends, was well located and walking distance to our friends house.

Perfect place in Hermosillo !

Everything was good at the hotel except for the fact that the carpet on the hallway was evidently duty.

The hotel was near our point of interest. The hotel provided great service and had everything we needed.

Reception and management made every effort to accommodate my requests for accommodations. I’ve stayed at this locations several times in the past and I have always been pleased with the service and facilities. I’ll happily stay there again.

The cleaning lady opened the door without any notification. Totally unacceptable.

We booked this room because it was close to our family’s house. We thought it would be convenient but unfortunately the hotel wasn’t worth the money we paid for. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. As a family of 4 who needed to shower or use the bathroom it was very inconvenient. I called the receptionist to get it fixed and they said they would send someone and they never did. The floors were dirty. My two year old walked around barefoot for a few minutes and her feet were black. I had also booked a pool view room and we did not get that room. I called the receptionist again to see if they could do anything and I never heard anything back. I would never stay here again and I’m definitely not recommending this hotel to any friends or family.

It's a nice hotel with friendly service in one of the main streets of Hermosillo, walking distance of so many things.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and if you call ahead, they'll turn on your AC so your room is nice and cool when you get there. Amazing breakfast buffet (not included) Take the offer from EXPEDIA you will save a TON!
