very handy to Central station, great staff. comfy bed. Just no air con or fan ... hot room. was quiet thou, so can leave room open.

The room was comfortable with all requirements (just kettle was missed 😊). Friendly staff. Room was clean and pretty quiet. The check out at 12 was very convenient. Parking was available so I could seek my car from the window. Hotel was located right beside the train station and close to harbor so make it easy for travelers to get to it in short time.

Good location, situated right next to the Central Station. Very quick check-in process but the room interior looks very old and the ambience is not that pleasant for the price. Basic amenities such as towels, shower gel, shampoo and a locker, and coffee with a heating jar were available

Location is fine, parking is easy - it is very cheap Taking the price into cosideration my only negative comment is that the beds are horrible

Room was small, nice view of the harbor, small shower of course…but we just used Intercity for one night to be next to our cruise ship dock. Staff at night (Dennis) was fantastic!! Breakfast was good. Excellent location next to train station and good shopping mall. Cute restaurant downtown: Dubrovnik features excellent Croatian fare.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundlicher Service. Zimmer praktisch. Sauberkeit der Zimmer mittelmaessig, Handtücher teils schon etwas dünn. Achtung: Baustelle im Bahnhof, daher Bohrlärm tagsüber im ganzen Hotel.

Von außen sehr unscheinbar, präsentiert sich das Hotel innen sehr modern und schön. Wasserseitig hat man einen interessanten Blick auf das Hafengeschehen. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Verbesserungswürdig ist die Beschilderung sowohl für die Parkplätze wie auch im Treppenhaus.

forlænget weekend, hotellet ligger godt, gå afstand til hele centrum, og med Sophienhof shopping center lige overfor, og banegården som nabo. Vi havde udsigt over inderhavnen, dejligt. Parkering lige ved siden af i cinemaxX parkeringshus, blot kør op på niveau 4, der er masser af intercity hotel pladser, koster 8 euro i døgnet, og elevator ned i hotellet, fint... Meget lille brusekabine på badeværelset. Vi havde bestilt et værelse med stor dobbeltseng, og fik det bekræftet, men på dagen vi skulle afsted fik vi at vide pr mail, at det i stedet blev et værelse med 2 enkeltsenge, som jo er noget kun smalle, så man vågner mange gange i løbet af natten, når man vender og drejer sig, det er ikke godt nok af hotellet, især når vi havde modtaget bekræftelse på et værelse med dobbeltseng, deres undskyldning var at hotellet var fuldt booket, dårligt dårligt dårligt Intercity hotel Kiel, vi booker et andet sted næste gang.

Lika bra hotell som vanligt. Ligger jättebra vid sidan om Sophienhof-gallerian. Renligheten är superb!

Our stay was overall very nice. We like the Intercity Hotel because of its central location, the free public transport passes and the view from the (better category) rooms towards the harbor. Albeit: The parking facility, although convenient and fair-privced, is looking rather "grunchy" and the hotel needs some TLC as well (soon!). The elevator needs ages to arrive, is slow and can't handle the passenger traffic at breakfast times. BUT: We will come again!

Friendly front desk. Parking at a reasonable price. Rooms not overly big but ok. Hotel located nearly in city center. Centre only minutes away, as convenience of the the railway station shopping mall (also open on sundays) is. Beautiful walk along the fjord starts right outside.

Rather lacking in modernity and comfort in the rooms. No bar open, so no possibility even to buy coffee and no kettle in room. Disappointing. Bed and bedding not very comfortable. On the other hand, breakfast was superb in every way.

Excellent hotel, very highly recommend. The location and staff are very nice. Also they give a card for free transportation by bus. If you come to Kiel by train, then just walking for 2 minutes maximum to reach to the hotel.

A hotel with no aircondition in the room, not in reception, or breakfast area. It eas 30 celsius outside, and probably 28 celsius in the room, so did not sleep much...

Simply not our hotel. Why? - the Vey long hallways (150m) - small rooms with a very small bathroom - restaurant feels like your in a railway station. Great hotel employees and clean rooms

The room was small, but clean. The bed was low to the ground and soft. The pillows were not good, we had to use our travel pillows we brought for extra support. What made this hotel stay so enjoyable for us was the huge window and harbor view, as well as the convenient location next to the Central Train Station.

The hotel was more than adequate for my one-night stay with a good selection of TV channels. My original room stank of cigarettes, but it was not a problem to change to an alternative, which was fine.

Clean, minimalist hotel. Great location (just across the street from the train station, bus from Hamburg airport, grocery stores and shops).
